  1. Hi guys, I was wondering which maps you'd like to see added to the CT default rotation. As for now (the first test) I'm only adding it to the AOW server. Just as an experiment (in case it crashes a lot)

  7. Because the airstrike has a certain range to deploy, as mappers we can't prevent players from doing a b2b airstrike. It would mean that we would completely have to shut off every line of sight to the enemy base (+50 meters or so) so every level would become quite... miserable. I think its best to call in a moderator in such circumstances.
  8. Deleted the auto-download file in the repository and re-added it. Also re-added the same file to the server and rebooted the testing server just to be sure we have the right version. I readded the latest version mentioned in that topic (v1.3)

  13. I also have 16gb of ddr4 RAM with a 6700K, and I have a rx 290. (thats even worse than a 970) I get a solid 60 every time. I suspect you have to install a different driver and/or mess around with your settings. Try to avoid AA.
  14. Yes those. But the server does not show up on the list at all when booting with this mutator.
  15. Do you mind to update this? It's currently telling us that the version is out of date if I run the server with this mutator. Edit: nvm, edited the config file and updated the version that way. Edit2: Nope can't get the server to show on serverlist. Please come online so we can look at this @Handepsilon
  16. If harvesters would need to dodge other vehicles / obstacles this would be an issue because they then wouldn't be able to search for the nodes. Good idea though, but wouldn't work out so great.

    New Forums!

    Have to say the new looks keep to amaze me. They're awesome. Great work. Also lots more functional since I browse the forums a lot with my smartphone
  19. Problem is that we would need to first map out the whole tutorial before even thinking of designing assets and levels. That would be a waste of time if you don't need them. I'll start a topic on this soon with a first start and a rough schedule. Need to fine tune a lot because there is a shit tonne of matinee involved in forcing players to do certain stuff. Doable but first need to determine what they should do (and in what order) before jumping into technical aspects of the designing stuffs. Since everyone had an opinion regarding this subject I think it would be wise to at least take 2 months to create the schedule first.
  20. Make sure the minimap texture is in the level package, not some side package.. Also check the value for cascading shadow maps and play around with it. Still having issues? Compare the world setting of a similar size map and copy those.

  23. Yes that is. Convert them to static and you'll see a huge improvement
  24. Static lights. Also, have precomputed visibility checked on in your world settings. A cell size of 200 would be best for your level I think
