  1. Don't use 'Ultra' in a UT based game, the difference is miniscule just go Very High and enjoy your near-same visuals with improved performance. You could also just turn off Anti-Aliasing as well.
  2. Looking forward to playing this update properly. Still think MRLS projectiles need a speed increase with an added reduction in damage to buildings. (To balance Faster projectiles Vs Arty firing-arch accuracy) Everything else izzgewd I hope the PT crash is gone for good.
  3. If using the UE4 Engine perhaps take it in the route of Tiberian Sun Reborn, that'd be nice, it'd almost be like a proper sequel but for a mod and from one engine to the next. It'd be neat.

Too get the best effect of Mind-Controlling another player's unit could consist of; When under mind-control the player being controlled is temporarily recognised as the other team, this player cannot harm anyone on the opposing team but can now only harm his/her own team, players on his team can hurt him and kill him but will he fight back? Mind-control ceases when either the controller or controlled have died. For you see, you don't need to literally control the player but just change and control their surroundings.

  6. I wonder what the original maps would be look if they were extended, into two completely functional bases. Imagine that.
  7. TmX can now be a signature clan for upcoming clan matches on RenX. TmX = Designated bad guys that people boo at, even though they win.
  8. Can vehicles still make their way through the alien ships husk?
  9. Maybe instead of preventing a versatile land vehicles from being able to get to a place it clearly can get to we should look at ways to incorporate these vehicles' versatilities in some way? We might end up with an inside-the-box shooter otherwise.

  11. I thought the code was already there to stop players spawning in the building that is being attacked? Hence why I don't think I've ever spawned in the building that's being attacked before.
  12. In hindsight players at this point should really not allow Engineers to get close enough to them in the first place but anyway, remove sprint from Engineers? That'll hamper them. (Because really, an engineer that can sprint? Super unrealistic hurrhurrhurr) In all seriousness, maybe just tweak remote C4 damage so they only take 75% of a T2's maximum health and armour? (T1/Free Infantry will still get killed (so an engineer can still die from their own scrubby ways) This hampers building kills as well but not too much, pretty sure most of the time there's 3-4 engineers on average make it inside a building to kill it anyway. Additionally 1 Hotty/Techy won't be able to lonewolf a building which is also another good advantage. Reducing the damage to remote C4s is a much easier tweak than anything else suggested, right? Lets make suicides remove points from the team using suicide bombers.
  13. Valley needs a helipad to allow aircraft instead of a Power Plant and it'll be a lot better in my opinion.

  15. PP needs to be swapped with Barracks. The PP then needs to be swapped with Weapons Factory. 10/10 Job done. Why should I change the building locations I always thought how they were positioned on the original map was good tactical planning, outside of the base defences view you could strike the PP and the Ref from either side if the base wasn't defended well enough. Just made sense.   16. You could rake in so many credits on Eyes what with the rear tib field on GDI's side. And then have 14 Harvesters all slowly creep into the Nod base from behind.

  18. I like the Ion Storm, its pretty. Could do with not just instantly turning the map a different colour?
  19. Not come across this since the new patch and I've been playing a lot.
