You know I'm just kidding right? I've seen a lot of people saying diffuse when it's supposed to say defuse, so somebody has to point it out at long last

Also applies to Nod. In fact, the lack of stealth on GDI's part makes Nod even more careless than GDI Most mines are placed on the building's doors, 3 per door. Some exceptions may apply on specific maps. The restriction of mines as of now makes it risky for newbies to mine if they don't know how to do it right. The general points are : If you're not confident, don't touch the Proxy Mines unless you have to DEfuse

I'd rather zip it into file and name the version there, as well as set up the directory so all the modders/mappers do is just extract it in SDK root directory. Also, sometimes my download software is uncooperative with alien file extension
-
Maybe this will help

Unfortunately you've confirmed my assumption. You did use the wrong program. The game does not include the SDK capability due to the ludicrous size that would be involved (and more other things). Also, make sure SDK and game are on separate directory. Overwriting the game files will most likely break your game.

I doubt this is the problem but you're running the application from the Renegade X SDK and not the Renegade X released game right?

Unfortunately I've come to conclusion that I like the old forum better in terms of the ease of use. I've had a lot of times when reply box (and just about a lot of useful things in forum) just doesn't show up, mostly when I'm using internet at home. Mind you that I tried this on both Firefox and Chrome. In fact I would prefer it if I can have the option for a much simpler reply box. This also disallows me to use Opera Mini, in which I can't even go to any page aside from topics without retyping the address or opening it from history. I also can't open the box there, and when I tried typing, the box is already turned into a button in the browser, making it impossible to type anything. I always open everything in Opera Mini for the sake of saving data and lightweight browsing, the native browser in my mobile phone is too heavy for me. The new forum is certainly an improvement in functionality and visual. But the features are a bit too 'fancy' I can do nothing without good connection on a PC computer. That would be my review.

That's what StallZ in WorldInfo properties is for

The screenshot folder is F9 I think or was it F11?

Because you can merge it with infantry classes as well if you hold Q long enough and target infantry + vehicle? Q a teammate, localized 'Follow me'?

The pic made the C4 looks like a cellphone lol Raveshaw : "Alright, stay still right there, let take a picture"

poll [Poll] Bring Back Side-arm Replacements! [CLOSED]

Promotes the game of Hottie team vs Tech team, eliminates class weaknesses, sometimes just downright too OP, so... And besides, Tib Auto Rifle is still present. Just look at how Mendoza is rocking with it -
Are you sure about that, Yagi? I've looked on wikia and wikipedia, and they indeed indicate 'Expansion' and that Samurai Warriors Xtreme Legends and Samurai Warriors 2 Xtreme Legends are two different entity with different release date, different content, and an expansion to different games. The wikipedia seems to explain the Expansion system through ejecting the disk after a few options and inserting the original game. I kinda doubt PCSX2 supports this though

Yeah, the details you repeat over and over and over and over and over and... did I mention over? Yeah, some people tried that. Doesn't end that well most of the time, does it?

Ask yourself how often you ever change mining placement per map. The pattern is usually the same, 3 per door, 3 on this HoN window, 3 on the tunnel etc. Etc. Something blows it up, replace on exact same spot. This goes on and on you might start thinking if the Hottie/Tech is just a bot (re)placing mines on the exact same spot every map. Sure, it may or may not stimulates strategic thinking for newbies, but when you've gotten used to it, you will keep repeating that same pattern. Then comes Jeff's idea : "If we keep on placing mines on the exact same place, why not just automate the placement while keeping the tending process manual? Saving us from screwed/trolling mining and mine-ban." And then optionally we can add purchasable mines as extra measure/offensive tools I'd honestly like to see a scenario of mines being nonexistant. That would be interesting to watch

This solution really, this is what bothers me about the current mining system. Why do players need to educate other players on how to mine? That's one problem that I find glaring. It's the game's job to educate you about basic use of weapons, not the player. Until there's a tutorial about mining system IN THE GAME, I will still call this bullshit. That, and the fact that mining takes more than half portion of defense. In most pubs I've played in the past, people just put mines, and go. I dare to say this is as effective, if not more, than if people are actually actively defending the entrances. No, mining is not part of teamplay. It's an automated system that people happens to check now and then only when they are in the base. You want teamwork? Set up an actual defense team in form of people.

Thinking about it though, how would you put lasers on HoN windows? Sans removing the glass window by default that is

LOL. What, like... pirated programs with a virus that makes your computer violently explode it blows away an entire street? Yeah... no
-
There's one thing I'm curious about. Does this mean less piracy?

That can work. Probably make it a bit like Call of Duty MW2's heartbeat sensor if possible. At least the blip delay part. It will still able to notify people but not so easily that infiltration gets deterred every single time.

Let the conspiracy theories begin

You quoted the wrong post Yosh.

Someone still remembers my map ;.; Gamemode like some variation of Assault in UT would be welcome for me, really. We have that vehicle already (C-130, granted), and seriously, that thing is hard af to pilot. Everyone who played with me in the late sandbox server or played with console command would know

6 now. Are you Yuri? Being able to clone yourself like that? Something like the CnCNet5 client's chatroom lobby would be good as well, if that's doable
