About early tank tactics (especially when you lost the harvy battle): Couple of weeks ago, I brought up the early Mammoth Tank tactic, which @Denuvian , other german mates and me used on public servers (not sure if any commander ever approved an early Mammoth in a PUG match). it worked out quite well... Now, over the past weeks I've noticed that other players tried to reproduce that tactic. early Mammoth-tactic is not meant for every map Mammoth tanks are superior long-range-tanks but are poor close-combat vehicles a Mammoth without decent field repair (PUG: 2-3 Hotwires [switching between Mammoth / MRLS / meds], no joke) is 100% useless - Nod will say: THANK YOU! FREE VP! *YUMMY* on a PUG only the best tanker available should get an early Mammoth (and only if he approves it ) list of some mammoth tankers: @Xeon Wraith @Denuvian @Madkill40 @KrypTheBear @Havoc89 @Gliven (though I think Havoc & Gliven prefer meds) if your team lost the harvester battle, donating for a Mammoth tank is a huge risk and I cannot recommend it two medium tanks > one mammoth in health & avg. dmg (due to RoF and flexibility) While Nod usually relies on superior Artillery firepower & mass of Technicians + LCG / LT, Nod commanders should consider the use of early stankz, either to sneak (maybe outside c4 & shoot a building, if successfull 3 stankz with Engineers deal armour break with outside c4 [102 total dmg] and should be able to either destroy a building, or deal a nice amount of perma damage), or - most likely the more promising variant: to flank and destroy GDI tanks. As with Mammoth tanks.... Stealth tanks are NOT working on every map, they need cover, small hills etc. Goldrush & Tunnels are most likely the best maps for stank-flank-actions. @CampinJeff are the initial credits & donation disable timer set for the next PUGs? Could you announce the server settings in the PUG Discord channel please?

  7. @Madkill40 - minimap: lovely - one of the BEST minimaps I've seen here - base size: are you kidding me my Hottie got footsore after spawning in the GDI Ref and running across the map to get to the WF - Tib dmg.... o_0 remove chem soldiers to even the odds - YELLOW FOG: what is THAT? toxic gas? - Team Silo - ask @TK0104 for the latest version and tell him to UPDATE it here - you really have a thing with TOWER DEFENCE maps

  13. @TK0104 the latest team silo version has a collision bug. You can thow c4 into it, which can not get disarmed

  15. @dr.schrott the testing server has quite a few visitors during the afternoon / low-pop times. Coastal (Small) is very popular then
  16. how could a special low pop server help? Only Snow & Gobi allowed? I asked @[CT]Ukill to make a mutator for that case a while back. He couldnt figure out how to do it / or just cancled the idea, I'm not sure.

    I know you're sticking to the original version from the cutscenes but for my taste the outer walls are scaled too high. what kind of building function do you have in mind? something like this Tech Centre in the middle of the map, GDI / Nod fighting for it - who got it will have access to high tier stuff (Mammoth / Stankz / Moebius / Sydney / Havoc etc.)?

  24. funny thing: I play on a daily basis too and I didn't notice an increase of unlikely headshots from unknown players. what I do know is that certain - highly skilled - infantry players use different nicknames to avoid the toxic haters ingame. Oh and.... if you don't want to get a straight headshot... don't jump
  25. about HoN vehilce route, can a Mammoth tank access that area? looks quite narrow, I guess it can attack the HoN, but can you - easily - drive through?
