Every map has "spotting nodes" which are just little objects placed in a map. The mapper sets the name. Everytime you Q spot someone, the game finds the closest spotting node or building and uses that for the message. Not exactly sure what your question is though.

Not really, but if you need I can just do it for you, lol. To use the decompiler, just open file and look for a class name.

Find the download for it and use it though you or I would have to decompile it to find the class name to use.

The game does not come with a bat file to start a server. You have to create your own. Follow the guide on the wiki.

In the file description it says what the package and file name is.

Of course they are. If they can make you click more advertisements or lead to purchases, they end up getting more money from it. You're the product, and they're selling you and your information.

The launcher is not the same executable file as the game itself, and that seems like a local setting, not one we can change. -
Would probably be ok with just scaling hp/damage with vet level of owner.

It's been known, we disabled Q-spotting and using the map (for the most part) when dead as well. I would think sitting there watching would be pretty boring, but forcing a respawn wouldn't be a bad idea either.
