  2. i was also working on a TS variant of nods artillery at one point, but it was still in rough draft phases before i left it lol.
  3. also, more civilian-based vehicles: a utility truck that had a stinger array mounted in the rear bed.
  4. civilian vehicles you say? I also have a truck almost ready. currently deciding if i want it to remain purely civilian, or if i want to turn it into a technical.
  5. ^^^ there was a small sound issue with the passenger controlled defense weapon (machinegun), but other then that it worked fine.
  6. A cargo truck was already made, and was tested for a shot period actually: (it could ferry 10 people)
  7. we hope to test out one more batch of vehicles sometime on the test server, whenever it can be gotten around to. once they are ironed out, @HIHIHI could release them as a second package. after them we should be done with vehicles for now, and focus on other things. (such as purchasing variant tanks via the purchase menu)
  8. because when you need things to be dead. like, REALLY dead, just call in a trio of bombers.
  9. though currently we are testing some more radical ideas in our 2nd testing phase (2 new helicopters, and a troop transport that can hold 10 people). Im also working on a dedicated AA vehicle atm as well.
  10. @HIHIHI should have the files for the sedan so it would be up to him to prep them for testing and eventual release. im done with it on my end. As for the LAV and superhind, both have been in FPI live servers for 2 months now as crate drops, and both are considered within game balance limits from feedback ive seen. hihihi has the files for those as well he can submit to you.
  11. i took a peek at it yes, long story short i think i can get it from 50k down to 30k(ish) polys, but any lower and your going to loose the original look of the vehicle. atm though I am working on some projects with @HIHIHI
  12. after 2 days testing, fixed the UI and sound issues plaguing the vehicle. The corrected file will be attached to this post. simply replace the file with the one in this post, and it should fix the UI and sound issues. FPI_HIHI.u with this patch, the superloud firing sounds will be replaced with default ingame sounds for now(adjusting previous custom sounds to not cause earbleed). the games UI will now display "Light Assault Vehicle" instead of "Vehicle" when looking at it. Also, a slight health buff was given to the vehicle: 400->425. this is after some feedback of the fragility of the vehicle.
  13. Got some feedback, and a minor bug came up. A patch was made to fix the issue, and i will attach it to this post. simply replace any installed mod files with those in the patch. Patch_1.zip

  15. compiled by HiHiHi (thanks!), and directory assistance given by Ryz. (thanks!) This mutator contains a new tank for servers wanting to add extra content for there games. Tank Stats: Health: 400 Speed: slightly faster then nod apc Primary Weapon: 20mm autocannon with 12 round magazine (14 at heroic) Secondary Weapon: Spike ATGM (2 round clip. 3 heroic) (unguided) Size: Similar to nod APC (slightly smaller) Apperance rate: same as the Bradley
  16. once i get back from vacation here in a few weeks, i am going to try to take another shot at fixing stuff with this map, and do more touch-up passes. Bit of a waste to just leave this here 60% finished or so. if i still cant fix the bugs then ill prob use the ideas from this map experience towards.. another project.
  17. there is almost no word of mouth about this game whatsoever outside the niche C&C fanbase. this doesn't help the game honestly. if you want more people to show, you need to get word out that this game exists.. (post in more prominent places/etc with larger audiences) still wont solve the issue of this being a niche game-type though. will need to find a way to attract despite that.

  19. well im on another hiatus after burning myself out (again) on several projects at once, but if you want you can feel free to take any of my projects if you wish to use them: left to right: cobra, tank destroyer, osprey, superhind. left to right: heavy tank (nod) , GDI LAV, Rocket Artillery. Left to Right: TOW Humvee, Mk19 Grenade Humvee. most were in late stage testing and/or feature complete, but i never got around to "polishing" them. ._. as for my experince, I have some knowledge with 3DS max, but im no means an advanced user of it though.
  20. get sued by PETA for depicting animal abuse when people shoot said dog.
  21. most of my time on oldren was in the jelly server, and playing personal mods/maps i made. occasionally played kamikux every once in awhile.
