  1. I don't really remember anything about Jelly, but I did rock Renguard hardcore. That was dope.
  2. Yeah I had the same issues. It's just some bug with the 32-bit version. Playing it at 4k only works reliably on 64-bit version =D

  4. I think the warnings for it are fine. Yes I'm sure a "real" cruise missile would be quite a bit louder. but it doesn't need to be deafening. I guess I'm fine with GDI having an OP Missile, but perhaps for variation, Nod should have something different? Like chemical/tiberium missile - does less damage on impact but more over a period of seconds or a cluster missile - less damage at 1 point but has a wider spread than cruise missile.
  5. I agree. Even with the added "only 1 cruise missile at a time" rule. I still feel they are overpowered. And although I'm sure well-intentioned, out of place perhaps. I think all other commander powers are great and have fair uses. But still my thought stands that the cruise missile gives too much power to a single player. The Commander mod should give that person LEADERSHIP power, not COMMANDO power.

  7. Simply reskin Horologue with a desert theme, open the two side paths for vehicle paths and boom! Hourglass discussion over XD (seriously though why aren't there more desert themed levels. Canyon is one of the few that haven't been assaulted by global cooling or warming)
  8. I'm only on board with this idea if it's coupled with Sheppard's line about "sending a commando". Even if the reinforcements has nothing to do about a commando. I don't care.

  12. In game you can hit, f5 stat fps , to show fps Yes I agree. That's the source of the problem. Most people aren't willing to join a match if it only has a few players (that % goes down with 0 in the server). Frankly I don't think this topic can go anywhere now. We need a larger player base first.

  15. Yes that's exactly how I pictured it. Simply how many game studios built a lobby into their multiplayer in the past. Stylistically I mean. @Agent What sort of coding skills are we needing? I can ask around I might know a few people.
  16. Actually I didn't google translate anything ^^. I can understand a majority of the words and sort of guess what is being said. at least have a general understanding Google translate does a poor job of translation anyways. Not much better than my broken understanding of the language lol Now I just wish I knew more French, because there are a fair amount of French players.   17. True enough, but many times I still have no idea where the call is coming from. Same when someone might be requesting a ride.

  20. although its "beta". I do like the simplistic nature of the map. For some reason, it reminded me of "Pod Racing" from Star Wars Episode I ... I could see it being an interesting change of pace from other maps! A mad dash to the end to blow up the enemy base! I'm wondering if it might be better to switch the barracks/hand of nod for maybe a Power Plant instead? Keep it strictly reliant on the recon bikes and crate pick ups then.
  21. I'm forgetting if the fog covers the whole map or just the middle area & side routes? I like the idea of the fog. I feel maybe its a bit too much. it might be sort of funny & helpful to put "warning" sign posts if you can, outside base, to warn of possible fog =D
  22. Or even some sort of visual cue to indicate where the request was made relative to one's position would be awesome.
  23. My life dream has come true!! =D (although I always pictured it with humvees and buggies to be honest)
  24. I understand this would be more work and not an immediate solution... but I really feel a Lobby of some sort in game or at minimum in the launcher would help completely solve this problem. I think more people would be willing to "start up" a server and fill it up more willingly if they could communicate with others ready to do the same first.
