If you know what Ren X is in the first place. It gives you an insight of the core gameplay but not the features, especially armor, veterancy, infantry changes, and so on.

Episode 3 up. Not much effort put into this as I was working on episode 4 ahead of time.

I can confirm, happened last night too. I had the current version and a Beta 5.25 version. From the looks of it only the launchers were deleted. They were quarantined so I was able to restore them.

In the original Renegade some servers had automatic recommendations for people who repaired a certain amount. -
Here is Xmountain from Saturday's PUG. Comparing it to Thommy's videos you can see the difference in leadership and organizations. Also you can hear the squad concept being implemented from Yagi commanding the sbhs while we have a commander on the field.

Team Quincy vs. Team Ryz 1. Tomb Nod destroys the harv and masses flame tanks. The flamers moved into the GDI base causing a distraction for four infantry to walk into the wf and destroyed it. Another flame rush with nukes and infantry came in to finish the rest of the GDI base. Nod victory. 2. Mesa GDI fails at a rocket rush against Nod then Nod responds with endless arties. The arties+tech+snipers were overwhelming against GDI destroying the ref then bar. GDI surrenders. Nod victory. 3. Tunnels GDI attempts a grenadier rush against the Hon and broke the armor. Nod responds with an apc rush and failed. GDI fights back with a med rush that breaks airstrips armor. Then the tanks on both sides battled it out on the field while the GDI base was infiltrated and lost their wf and ref. Nod attempts a stank rush against GDI pp and brought it down to 11 health. GDI attempts an infantry rush on the Hon and fails, prompting them to surrender. Nod victory. 4. Volcano GDI plans Mcfarland rush, Nod plans flamer rush. GDI team was quicker and made it to the Nod pp while Nod was leaving their base causing them to abort. The pp goes down so Nod tries their flame rush again but fails. GDI steadily rolls in meds into the Nod base finishing them off. GDI victory. 5 Xmountain Nod attempts a buggy rush with an apc and fails. Nod then attempts a quadruple nuke on all four buildings. GDI quickly responds and disarms all four nukes. Nod then takes over the field with tanks while an sbh squad reduces the GDI pp's health to 51. Then an infiltrator destroys the bar. The same sbh squad with the help of the tanks finish off the pp causing GDI to surrender. Then the whole map is nuked. Nod victory. 6. Walls GDI goes in first with an apc rush. Fails. Then GDI goes in from the air with a chinook. The tranny rush failed but bought time for an infiltration on the airstrip. Air goes down. Nod responds with their double tranny rush full of infantry and land on top of wf. They placed their c4 on the roof and went for ref but were shut down and the wf took no permanent damage. GDI attempts a gunner tranny rush and fails but again allowed the Nod pp to be destroyed by an infiltrator. Nod surrenders. GDI victory. Team Quincy wins 5-1 against ryz.

I took the look at all the demos from both Saturday and Sunday and I find them suitable. The Tomb rush with the flamers and Mcfarlands will be seen. There is a funny moment with someone (I know who) dying to the meteor on CrashSite. Then there is the island rush with the surfing buggy but unfortunately theres a problem:

I'm still confused on what happened. 5:10-5:30 Light tanks reported and confirmed rush. 5:55 Light tanks reported moving out 6:15 Light tanks at AGT We had a minute to prepare for this and yet no one was inside to repair it.

Almost 2 months and I finally finished episode two. Let's see how good some of our memories are.

Are air vehicles too strong, weak, or just right? That is a good question as air vehicles are a dominant force on flying maps. (I am focusing on orcas/apaches). I feel like the main purpose of the air vehicles are to provide support for the ground force, as in they shouldn't be used to rush bases but support the people out in the field. There are multiple ways of balancing aircraft directly or indirectly that could even out the uses of air vehicles. 1. Damage nerf Only against buildings. Nerfing the damage orcas/apaches deal against structure will hopefully decrease their effectiveness at rushing bases causing players to use them more as support aircraft in the field. 2. Armor I don't know about their armor type but they could be changed to the point where anti-air units will deal more damage to them. If the rocket soldiers damage increases against the orcas/apaches it could potentially reduce the amount of flying in the game. 3. SAMs/ anti-air towers buff How many of you guys flew into the enemy base and said, "SHIT what am I doing?" You think having base defenses specifically designed for countering air would show some actual effort in shooting down air units. If the firework displays were replaced with SAMs capable of hitting their target the air units will avoid entering the enemy base while making the SAMs an actual target that must be destroyed. 4. Helipad w/ limit A possible solution is to include the helipad on flying maps and have it be destructible. Including a helipad as a structure like the wf/air could be interesting as it can become a prime target to remove any air units from the enemy. Also we could add an aircraft limit for good measure.

Simple question whether Lakeside should have flying in it or not. Currently orcas/apaches are very powerful on this map. Ground vehicles are hardly used despite the large field that barely anyone goes to. Looking at the PUGs the strategy is the same and the team that wins uses orcas/apaches rushes. There is a big open field out there that is hardly used anymore and could potentially host great vehicular battles.

Instead of having a 350 credit infantry capable of destroying a building have a 1000 credit commando class infantry, but I digress.

Someone could at least make update videos to show the progress Renegade X has made. Building armor, veterancy, Kevlar/flak armor, and other changes made Ren X dramatically different compared to what it was at the start.

You can start off by sharing to CNC communities as a whole. I am actually seeing more people mentioning Command and Conquer games lately and makes me wonder how much more are out there. Edit: Here is a good example, just recently I posted a video about Renegade X. Posting that video just for the Renegade X community gives me around 130 views. However over at http://www.cncnz.com/ who picked up on my video, exposes it to a larger audience of CNC fans. As a result my video currently grew to over 400 views and climbing.
