The issue exists on more than just WallsNF, it has existed on all iterations of the Walls Maps. As for people abusing it, did you raise the issue to a moderator?
We need to be informed of such events so we can take action against them.
As for trying to stop the issue from occuring, it proves very difficult since there is always ways to get round Vehicle Blocking if persistant enough.

Surely the mutator is more practical, since it can be controlled far easier rather than having to use kismet in a map?
It also allows for some more interesting uses since you can operate an adv base defenceless timed game on older maps without having to alter them?
Also he wants to know what the actual code is since he doesn't know how it works

I was unavailable to let people know to download before the PUG, but that still doesn't mean there was no forewarning, Also the files were made available in the In-Game downloader so it shouldn't have taken many all that long to download it.
Very rarely will maps receive announcements as to their updating. But I did make the files available via the RenX website about 3 days before, since it fixed a bunch of issues regarding the vehicles spawning in the plateau (Vehicle Crates on top fixed). Since the map is not a stock map (one included in the default game), the maps are capable of being updated without warning and that can mean people have to redownload it. The map did not receive an update since it's initial release by me which has been more than several months, but has needed to be updated to fix a few issues and I chose a downtime period in which to push the update.
Most of the community who are playing in these PUGs do read the forum, will have seen the post by me regarding the map showing the download page, and a good portion of people play mid-week and would have downloaded it already since it is played frequently enough on Marathon.

Honestly, having more smaller packages compared to one larger one is better, it gives people the illusion that it is going faster and they do download quickly.

Welcome Back.
Just some things to note, can you reduce the size of the UPK package, We tried using the in-game downloader (which is fixed and now works for maps and packages)
It took more than 10 minutes to go through half of the UPK file before I gave up downloading the package.
Also had reports that the hovercraft sound plays for all people who join after the Reinforcements have arrived and doesnt stop.

I don't believe that vehicle physics and other settings like that can be adjusted by the in-game console.

Have you tried replicating this in Skirmish using god mode to protect yourself while firing and getting closer?

FYI - I will not be able to help with the set-up of the matches tonight, due to work.
I will give the server password in advance to the CT mods, but just note that the organisation of it will be less than normal.

On the probability of attaining Critical Mass from Mystery Crates
in Feedback & Bug Reports

Bare in mind, that all crates work on Weights given to their probability of occuring on any pickup.
However not all crates exist at the start of the map (some only start appearing 2-3+ mins into matches)
So you will find that early on, Nukes appear to be far more frequent, despite that overall the weight is around 0.15-0.2, it is just that the other options are not either available or not high enough to occur with as much frequency as is seen, and most crates have an occurrence bonus later in the match when time passes or buildings are lost.
Bare in mind also that your crates statistics are quite heavily based on your own visible experience, and many of the crates are "silent" which are ones you generally don't pay attention to.
For a quick run down, here is a list of some of the other crates you can encounter
Money crates
Veterancy points
Character change
Spy crate
Vehicle crates
Tib sun vehicle
Timed C4 crates
Movement speed
Refill crates
With all of these crate possibilities, you only really see 3-4 of them with visible outcomes (Vehicle Crates, Spies/Character crates and Death Crates)
Death crates (Nukes/C4/Abduction/Suicide) are pretty rare when you take the total weights into account (especially at the later points of a match) as they do not increase in probability with time or building destruction.
