If you're running from a batch file, add the -nosteam parameter. start Binaries\Win64\UDK.exe server CNC-Field?AdminPassword=admin -nosteam As far as I know this is a default functionality of the engine.

Could you share the logs? I have a feeling it has to do with the resolution settings potentially having issues and listing too many causing the game to crash. Logs would be located at InstallDir\UDKGame\Logs\Launch.log

We are not supporting or distributing the old launcher anymore. Available servers isn't an issue, as it uses a CDN. The speed estimate isn't quite accurate but overall the downloads could be faster, it was just reduced to increase stability; that may be changed/optimized in the future. For the issue of the folder selection I haven't heard of any thing like that recently, for easier support I'd recommend asking about on our Discord.

Most commands are not available in a server. If you are trying to do admin commands, they usually need to be prefixed with / and you must be logged in as admin. For example, /team2 Player256

All clients that run the game need this installed The new launcher is currently not installing it but an update will fix that soon.

From what I've seen on Discord, the server owner is having networking issues with incoming connections in general. I wouldn't worry about it too much

If you are installing for the first time, you must install the UDK redist which includes C++ libraries and the likes. Currently the new launcher doesn't install it yet.

If you want to play, you must download the new launcher. Our old launcher is deprecated and is no longer supported. We are aware that browsers and Windows may trigger warnings because the file is new and hasn't been seen on a lot of devices. Feel free to upload it to a website such as https://virustotal.com to check it yourself.

I don't think Renegade X player base will be negatively affected by the release, they don't really play the same at all. People still stick around RenX for it's niche type of gameplay and I don't see that changing because of FS being released.

We've heard of similar issues, it's because of the Electron framework we use for the app. Obviously we know that it has no viruses, but we have done scans on VirusTotal that have come up with nothing, as well as sending it to Microsoft to get it cleared.

The launcher auto-updates itself once you open it, if you've opened it today then you have the new update.

Was this before or after the v1.0.17 update?

Happy that it's working! I'd recommend a setup that does not involve running as admin, as it is not necessary to run the launcher.
