I understand why it is and I like the 'feeling' of the map... Not sure how to find a balance between making vehicles more visible and invisible to rush....

Well vehicles wise I don't know, really... I like the feeling of the map but cant judge about vehicle amount: 1) never hitted the vehicle limit for long (afaik) 2) cant see vehicles most of the time Considering the darkness. It's not a matter of like or dislike. A lot of ppl actually can't see stuff, so the map is hard to play which could be adjusted with a bit more light. Does't have to be daylight offcourse.

That's basically 90% of all Under games Most of the times GDI locks Nod in base even without veterancy. Sometimes Nod locks GDI in base On a random Under game Nod usually has more SBHS then field reps. People just don't get the importance of taking field and killing the harv. I've seen so many games on Under where we were stuck in base, but still had 8 or even 12 SBHS swarming the field without even shooting most of the time. Imagine they would have killed every harvester? That would give the defending team a lot of VP. Some maps benefit from chockepoints. Can't renember the 'new' maps name with elements of Trainingyard. But we lost many Mammoths in seconds when peaking around the corner due intensive fire.

Small addition: I think you are referring to some matches yesterday? On Field I used the Cruise Missile 4 or 5 times to clear out enemies around the corner. The cruise missile kept surprising people cause they ignored the smoke Of-course I also deliberately deploy the cruise missiles at chaotic times so it might get overlooked. I have to say that the missiles where very effective yesterday (more effective then I can remember) but this was mainly due many people ignoring them. Guess that's why you are posting this? I am not sure if a cruise missile is ok to be used on an ion / nuke, but that's not what I did yesterday. Cause 'not enough' CP I also didnt use multiple missiles at once. Only difference between me using a cruise missile before this patch and now is that you get CP back and thats why you can use them more often. About the 'figure out how to deploy more' at once. I didn't do this yesterday, but it's just using the command more times after eachother. This explains it a bit more I guess

And Raves / LCG's melt Mammoths, especially if they work together... I don't get why you find it perfectly normal a tank driver has repairs / teamwork and thus survives longer, while you find it not ok for Nod to have to work together to kill a vehicle. As soon as a med / mammoth has no repairs it can be easily killed and it happens quite a lot that people forgot to repair or just don't care. Combine that with the fact that GDI has a harder time to repair their own vehicles cause of SBH and I think it's balanced pretty ok, but still favors Nod. Most PUG games also prove that, not to mention Snow-X yesterday 'melting' GDI with lasers...

First of all thanks for the great work @TK0104. Map looks amazing and brings back 'original' Hourglass feelings. I wouldn't mind seeing this 'version' also used as a base to recreate Hourglass in it's 'original style'. I also like the fanmade Hourglass as a 'dark' variant, but it's sometimes too misty to play. and just feels different. Hope TK considers making this map into 'normal' Hourglass... I am going to test / play the map a bit more but I am affraid it (hugely) favours Nod. Arties can sit near the top and hit the entire GDI base while GDI can't do the same nor counter them unless getting on top of the top (what an odd phrase). Since I played the map only a few times I will take the time to see if I still have this opinion in a week or so. Meanwhile I would also like to hear other feedback!

Well if you have multiple LCG's or Raveshaws on a distance and an EMP you have a problem with your med / mammoth. Not to mention the range arties have... Combine that with an SBH (shortly) harassing repairs or an airstrike in the back of a mammoth (forcing it to move forward) and you can easily take them down. A mammoth has issues taking out one or two LCG if 'he' is alone unless you headshot them by accident. To me it's the opposite. See the PUG's or games where the STRIP is down and GDI has to fight against lasers.. Lasers are (too) strong.

TIp: if you do it an hour earlier or two hours later you will have the server filled. This is exactly when the PUG happens. 20.00 Germany time / Europe time (GMT+1) is PUG time!

Hmm, spoke a lot to him for a short period last summer or the summer before. Whenever I had TeamSpeak open we started talking about whatever subject came by, untill he went away to get coffee or visit his family / had them over as visitors. I believe they lived close by. For some reason I didn't log in to TeamSpeak much more after that summer, so we didn't speak after this period. Still this news kinda shocks me. R.I.P and all the best to his family!

Imagine that you fly 20 gunners in it to an enemy base... Imagine if it works... Imagine the VP if it fails Also, imagine SBHS can get in the passenger seat unnoted and via this way get in the enemy base

Or you can add the site to Google Webmaster tools below and crawl some pages as google and manually request indexing. Happens the same day. Last week I cleared a site from SERP viagra spam like this. Pages got reindexed in 24 hours.
