  1. Well done on a fantastic job! This mod is insane and captures the feel of Renegade very well. You also did a great job with the post fobby, i can relate to what you're saying games have no depth and richness anymore. Keep up the awesome work, 100k + downloads and still counting
  2. haha i remember seeing this and thinking....ok.... I think i remember some possibly bought a flame tank and this was delivered instead.
  3. I love airstrikes, and i think they're a very good addition to the game and give it more atmosphere. It's also more Tiberium Dawn like having the A-10 strikes...very nostalgic. I'm yet to experience any spam in game that some people in this thread are suggesting, however if it is an issue, i think the best way to address it would be to add a cooldown timer and maybe limit it to maybe 3 airstrike beacon purchases at a time. From what i see half the time, people's airstrikes hit nothing because enemies flee before it gets there.
  4. Nod play well, if you know how to use them. Coordinate with your team and you will see how powerful they can be. As for your points about the original Renegade, the Mammoth was an UP unit in renegade, that's why it was used a lot less. The balance was always in Nod's favour with the OP arty. The Mammoth fills it's roll a lot better now in Renegade X
  5. This... My vehicles were shuddering like crazy last night. Also after every match, my game crashes and doesn't load the next map.

  7. Hi guys, I've got a question about Tiberium fields. I know in the first page of the FAQ it says that there'll be a mixture between c&c 3, tiberium dawn and Renegade tiberium fields, but I've noticed through the several videos I've seen show casing the mod, that the tiberium fields all appear to be c&c 3 style, and there are no tiberium dawn style ones. I also remember seeing a screenshot or video from earlier in development where the map Field did have TD style tiberium, but the current version of field does not. Will we be seeing TD style tiberium and blossom trees? If not what's the reason for not implementing them?
  8. In renegade quantity of hp repaired over 1s was a function f=exp(C*x) where x is the damage done by player. At some point it repaired itself faster than player could deal some damage (from the outside). Now i guess if you're talking about exactly the same thing, it's not really a good idea. . This was only the case in single player. In multiplayer, Construction yards healed your structures at a constant rate. I don't know the exact rate, but it was something like a little less than that of an engineer.

    I just saw the latest video showing the progress and state of this mod, ive been curious about this mod and have enjoyed watching its progress...after watching the last video, i think its absolutely spectactular, and im gonna goto the shops right now and hunt down a copy of UT2003,i hope, well done guys, the mod looks awesome
