What does it say when you try to connect to a server?

Yeah, playing nod on flying maps, especially with only 3 buildings sucks hard...

How are your files named? Possibly a screenshot?

Just uninstall it, delete (possibly remaining) Ren-X folder and reinstall it..

Would be great, if there is a info box displayed (maybe like the modded in info box bound at the O Key) - where you can read about the commander commands... (Or some other way to let the user know how the commander is played)

im still in favor of a overhaul of the mining system (or a different defense system) which would also deter early chem rushes... https://renegade-x.com/forums/topic/74783-another-proposal-for-the-mining-system/ Also, since the mine number has been halved its kind of annoying to play NOD in flying maps, as they would need more mines than GDI as they have far more entrances than GDI (ex. HON windows) => you dont really notice 1 mine going down, but you dont have enough to put 2 mines everywhere...

Make it stick only to you own vehicle and not to friendly players/vehicles...

Maybe something can be done to make Votes in general stand out more? E.g. a notification sound or a larger font? Or also longer times for important votes like surrender or map change votes? Quite often many people overlook votes...

Ja das ist verbuggt, weil einfach nur die intro files gelöscht werden, und die dann durch update wieder kommen, also nach dem update die checkbox kurz deaktivieren und wieder aktivieren dann passts wieder

Hmm, maybe something is wrong on a driver level or with your temperatures, even my 960 doesnt struggle at all with Ultra settings.... (Do other games run as fast as intended? - Possibly your onboard graphics are used?) AFAIK, most 3D games dont support switching to another screen mid games... although you could try setting windowed mode, or setting your TV as your primary screen before starting ren x

Nein, denke nicht - möglicherweise bist du auf einen Server mit einer Custom Map gegangen, wo noch keine Shaderdaten vorlagen. (Dann sieht man im Prozess-Manager die Anwendung ShaderCompiler.exe - ev. war es auch das - sollte aber nur beim ersten starten einer custom map vorkommen...

und da bei settings=> verify game integrity läuft das durch?

Hi, As it is always kind of silly to get killed by snipers running around, could there be any solution to this, so that they can only target and kill effectively while zoomed in? Dont get me wrong, snipers are important, but its just annoying when you get one shot by a guy that is using his sniper as a shotgun on the inf path. (also almost no other games have this kind of accuracy on a running sniper) Maybe the crosshair could be jerking around (in all directions) while moving and not zoomed in or some other other effect, i don't care... Snipers are important for hitting repair guys from far away, but shouldnt be used (at least not that easy) in face to face combat. (they also have a sidearm for that) What do you think?

Hey, As the fast patches are really awesome, but always revert all my game config - isnt it possible to exclude the config files from getting reset every time you update the game? I dont know how often i have reconfigured all the settings in my game.. (or is there a fix to that, that im not seeing)? On a sidenote: is it allowed to play with FOV 120, and if not, shouldnt the console command also be restricted to 100 ?

Oh nice - possibly another easy to fix bug: If i try to join a server and it fails for whatever reason i get a dialog with an error message. But this error messages never gets reset. So if i join and play on a server after that and exit to main menu the dialog will pop up again with the previous error message. (although i left the game normally) So this variable needs to be reset somewhere :-)
