  5. You just change UDK.exe to Renegade-X thats what I do and it shows up as playing Renegade X on steam. Only downside with doing that is you would have to run the game directly from that exe file and not the launcher, which at the moment isn't a big issue but maybe in the future with updated launcher.

Regarding the Tiberium Sun crates they are and can be set server side so it really does depend on which server you choose to join, I know the CT servers have a very low chance on Tiberium Sun vehicles but other may have increased this. As for the sound issues I have to admit I have has this a couple of times since the patch and I have had the issue before the patch, not sure what could be causing this but will try to find out what I can as can be abit annoying.
  7. Doesn't it usually mean when you click on a server from the ingame browser the server is active but blocking your IP range as such so surely there is some kind of firewall or something blocking there connection.. odd.

  9. Are you positive that you have no firewall at all running on your computer be it windows built in firewall or any separate programs your running? Maybe also just try and disable your router firewall completely just to see if it is that causing the issue. When your friends try to join what message/error do they get? Does it do nothing when they click on your server or does it try to load then kick them out?

Simple solution, if you feel that way regarding the maps you could always make your own "perfect" one then you wouldn't feel the need to complain in this kind of way, plenty of tutorials and guides out there. Perhaps some constructive feedback regarding the maps would be better and allow your opinion to be heard, as these kind of posts just make you come across in the wrong way.

Hey Ska, Agreed it would be a shame to see this mod stop in it's tracks as you have done a really good job on the models so far and enjoy looking at all the new updates you post have to admit, but as with everything life/job/money comes first which I think we can all understand. Would be great if all your progress could be continued by someone, let's hope someone worthy appears, Fingers Crossed, and hope one day you find time to return G

I think the main issue's are the huge open areas to the sides of each base which straight away gives the advantage to GDI as there main vehicles are much more focused on ranged damage compared to NOD's flame tank and stealth tank, I think the tiberium field side should be left as it is, more of a GDI focused side and the silo side you make narrow so it splits into various smaller vehicle paths almost placing random tall/large rocks along this path to stop any ranged damage and then give NOD the advantage on this side as there flame tanks could push forward without getting raped at long ranges and same goes for stealth tanks. Basically have a big open tib field for GDI one side and have a far more enclosed close range battle side for NOD on the silo side that would allow both teams to push evenly.

I think once players get used to Tomb, they will know to look out for very early rushes through the tomb section and this will halt the games ending within 5 minutes, at the moment maps are new and people just want to explore and don't know all the paths and entrances into each base, once learned things will calm down

  16. It's annoying as its a lovely looking map but honestly after trying it a few times as soon as the player limit is hit along with the vehicle limit the lag when trying to move any kind of vehicle is just unbearable and unplayable

  19. What are the questions you asked out of curiosity? and assume you spoke to Havoc/RypeL/Fobbygen regarding there contact with EA and the current status and position they are in? Just checking as would look abit amateurish if lots of different random people where trying to contact EA, when it should be a single person/point of contact in the know
