Why do you? You also bought something similar up in an earlier post - are you here to play the game or focus on politics? If someone's only goal is to yell obscenities in chat, AND spam surveys/kick-votes, then that is a completely legitimate reason to involve moderation. Those were also not publicly moderated servers that had rules in place already that said specifically not to do that. Nice try though.
