Action was actually taken place as i was writing this post. But here is some extra proof of what he was saying, and how he was talking when i joined the game.

I don't seem to get insulted and in fights with people after a few weeks... and very rarely if ever see even swear words in the chat. Why do you? You also bought something similar up in an earlier post - are you here to play the game or focus on politics?

 

Where I am going with this is everyone in this community seems really nice usually.. chill out and enjoy the action

Guy has already been banned. If someone's only goal is to yell obscenities in chat, AND spam surveys/kick-votes, then that is a completely legitimate reason to involve moderation. 

EDIT: He also took to trying to impersonate Cronic just after he left.

Survived them fine. Those were also not publicly moderated servers that had rules in place already that said specifically not to do that.
