Well i don't expect you will get a penalty directly, but afaik this forum should complyto the GDPR from the 25th of may.

The site already doesn't notify for cookies as is required by EU law, which leads me to suspect it's not in the EU. Seems the server is being cached by CloudFlare, so for me it's served from Arizona, USA. Not sure where the origin server is, but if it's not in Europe then it doesn't need to comply with the GDPR.

Infact if the site is or can be visited by people from Europe it DOES need to comply to GDPR.

I don't see how it will be enforceable at all if the site is outside the EU. I run several websites, two of which get over 1M pageviews monthly, and if any EU officials came knocking I'd tell them to go pound sand. There's nothing they can do to me or my sites. This is getting off topic though.
