I've heard that as long as you don't monetarily profit from this content, you should be good. Yeah you can usually do absolutely anything you want providing it's not for profit. Often even if you are given warnings to "cease and desist" there are segments of copyright law, section 5, that allow free-use (UK law, there are similar things in other countries).

Hello all 1152 x 864 resolution would be hugely beneficial. When playing windowed mode, this is the resolution I opt for as my actual monitor resolution is the next step higher. It's also the maximum resolution for other monitors I've used, so I suspect some users would enjoy this. aka XGA+ resolution Thanks! I find that on occasion when playing in windowed mode, while the mouse is meant to be captured to the game window, it will just about catch the edge of the window. If I happen to be clicking fire (mouse1) at this exact moment, it will try to re-size or grab the window in some way, resulting in the game white-screening and eventually crashing. I have done this in both Windows 7 and Ubuntu 12.04 LTS running it in Wine.

Anything back from App DB man? PlayOnLinux is silent on the matter atm. I managed to get it working though. With regard to Linux, I can't seem to improve the performance past what I've already done. I've submitted my findings and such to PlayOnLinux. Maybe they will be able to finish it but I doubt they will have the time. sadface.jpg

It would probably be easier working with what is definitely NOT ok, rather than debating the grey areas first. Obviously making something whereby you cannot place the device inside of geometry should be created. Probably best to debate and patch other things after that, no?

The game isn't Open Source, which I believe extends to models, textures and what not. Gonna have to rip it, me thinks.

Perhaps Racism should be changed to Do Not Descriminate, or something. So things like Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Nationality and other protected characteristics are not "fair game".
