The banner needs to be exactly 314x44. Please post it here, along with the URL that you would like it to link to, and the IPs of all your servers. We did it this way so we can verify that only legitimate links and images are used, because there's a potential for abuse if we allowed anyone to link to any website, or show any image by just hosting a server.
