  1. So i have been play around with the Squad Devkit, they pretty much have every system that you need for Renegade X. Added a new video at the beginning of the Topic.

  4. I use Win10 and i don't have any problems with the launcher. Like Cudaker was saying, it sound like a third party program is shuting it off. You can try to track it down by using windows event viewer, to do that in Search Windows type event viewer press enter, go to Windows Logs-Application.
  5. Glad to hear that you got it to work, from the looks of it the mirrors are not to stable. I made my own mirror for my server. You can add http://renegade-x.s3-website-us-east-1. ... lease.json To Renegade X Launcher.exe.config if its still slow.
  6. Cool, thank you for the explanation. I'm curious do you guys still have the high rez textures and high poly models ?
  7. Was it not vRAM that's more important then just ram for high resolution texture ? pretty much every vehicle in the game is 2048 x 2048 and the textures look nice and clean.
  8. I keep wondering why are you guy using such low rez textures on most of your assets, close to every character/Weapon are 512x512 to 1024x1024.

  10. Ya importing static Meshs is not that hard, but after you have imported it, you have to change the Scale, make new Materials from scratch, and Fix all the Lightmap UVs. And now i'm having a strange problem: I wonder if i have to fix it with Multi Sub Object. Original:
  11. So i have been bored lately, and started re-importing renegade-x Assets to UE4
  12. Most likely some script kiddie paid for a Botnet with this mom's credit card. As a side note, i have added Auto scaling on my server, now Server stays up after a DDoS attack, but people do get dropped from the server when the attack is happening the ping stays at around 900 for a minute or two. Edit: This is new, got hit with close to a 3GiB attack for about 5min

  14. Before you unzip the file, click the Unblock button on the .ZIP Right click on Rx_SDK_July_03_2015.zip - Properties then checkbox Unblock - click Apply, then unzip
