Everyone needs to ask themselves these questions: Should Renegade X expand out to the people, change to meet the ongoing needs of the players and to invite new people to join the community? or Should Renegade X confine itself and only please the players that like the old ways and reject the ideas of new players that have a hard time learning? Or another argument, should Renegade X change for the players? or should the players change for Renegade X?

Let it be destructible. If you can't hold it, blow it.

Actually, I think the teams were okay in the beginning. What happened was before the teams were placed, Team 1 agreed to be GDI first and Team 2 would be NOD. Instead what happened was everyone on Team 1 was placed on NOD, while Team 2 was GDI. As a result people thought they were on the wrong team and manually switching themselves to the faction they were suppose to be on when actually they were still with their team.

Just want to mention that I have used it back awhile ago when I was making videos. A very helpful tool indeed. Here's an example of what I was able to do with it, of course there is other stuff you are able to do.

Halo, CoD, Battlefield, MOBAS. There's a lot of reasons why people play independently rather than work with the team. "I'm the better player and if you don't do what I do you're a noob."

Why do we still play Renegade X? For me its matches like these: In the video you can hear everyone enjoying the game. Sure they lost but they aren't moping around and complaining, but rather amazed at what GDI managed to accomplish. What was different back then that we can bring back?

How do you want to do better when most of the teams are not even listening? Before i left at mesa, we said like "get tanks" and do this and blabla. Most people agreed. In the end we only had like 2 tanks. That already shows a lot. Get drunk and start screaming? I'm not really the person to ask here, ask how Yosh, Bong, and Jeff do it.

This was just chaotic. So much confusion over had no idea what was going on since I came in late. Sure we lost the first map, okay just analyze the mistakes and fix them next map. Then the second map came, lost a building, then people start leaving. Now we are down 4 players. Leaving the game might make you feel better, but it sure not helping your team do any better. Edit: on a sidenote, these PUG is showing that there is nothing wrong with the game itself, it's just the players are the main problem. This game can't really appease to the casual gamer of racking up kills, it is very team based. Some MOBAs are team based but only have around 5 players while we have 20. This game can become a competive game, I can see that, but as you can see, you need a variety of different players that are willing to focus on one objective and make sacrifices so there team can win.

Blame Yosh. I knew this would happen since last week when he said, "let's stack all the leaders on one team."

Remember, this game is based off a rts. So expect some rts logic within the game.

The PIC and Railgun are both experimental tech' of course they're not going to function perfectly, it's understandable the railgun performs more consistently though, Nod are more technologically advanced. Actually the railgun is GDI technology. 2 reasons: 1. The UNGDI is scratched off the railgun and replaced with NOD 2. The railgun is used in Tiberium Wars for GDI.

And then the Obby exploded. I believe you should retract your statement. I was on your team. Team GDI.

If you are planning to defend the base with a Humvee/buggy, you're most likely going to put some c4 on your vehicle. Having it stolen in front of you will not be a pleasing experience.

Can we have PUG subtopics? The PUG matches have expanded tremendously over the months, starting from 24 players to over 50. Now we have lots of ideas and thoughts simply from a competitive game once a week. We are always trying to improve the PUGs and even Renegade X itself form these matches. Some subtopics examples: PUG announcements: Announcing any PUG cancelations or changes PUG Roster: List of the regular players that show or any volunteers to be commander PUG analysis: Analysis of each PUG match PUG improvements: Any feedback on improving the PUG, like improving communication Ren X improvements: PUG matches really show what kind of game Ren X is. Things like map improvements or anything that improves Ren X as a whole. This should keep things organize and neat, so we don't fill this thread up.
