Change the map to I think its COOP-DarkNight or CNC-DarkNight and it will automatically start that map for you with AI.
I can't remember the map prefix exactly.

If you get the list sorted after another click, its like Sort Ascending, then Sort Descending.

Just restart the launcher, it will finish the last file that causes the issue on the next pass. It will only take a second or so to complete.

Not quite, its a feature thats disabled by default, and only really enabled by CT.
Its intended for use with TeamMode=1 (PUG team swapping using this), but on occasion you will see 2 commanders on one team.
Once a commander is voted for the opposite team, one of the 2 commanders on the team should lose their commander powers.

Yes, you need to be an admin of the server to move said person across and use the command /Team or /Team2, or be on a server with TeamMode=5 in the UDKRenegadeX.ini config file.

There is no limit to the amount that can trigger the end game, in theory you could have 64+ beacons on the pedestal all capable of triggering it.
As long as the physical beacon is on the pedestal it will trigger it.

Ok, So you can connect to your server from the computer hosting it.
In which case, you need to make sure you port forward/port triggering on your router to enable traffic to pass to your server. I cannot help you with this, since it varies depending on the model of router you use.
