As long as Ren2 has C&C mode, I will be happy.
I think it would be cool to have a conquest mode. You know, battlefield-like gameplay, with capturing command posts.
I don't think that is the problem. If you copy and paste the image into your URL, it his entire signature measures out o be about he same sizes as yours.
I have a question. How the fruit does the driver drive without being see the road?
Is there a camera or something of the sort on the outside? A small peak hole in front? :?
Lol I n00bed. It isn't that many polys, actually relativly lower >.<
I counted the vertexes Umm Hold on lemmy recount.
.. about 54 Polys (If my math skills are correct anyway)
This can all be fixed by saying:
"Somewhere along the line, knowledge of the Tacitus and other important events were classified, but then discovered again. However the correct time in history of when these events took place has been lost. Now we just give our best estimate on when the events happened"
That would fix many plot holes, and could possible add more story depth! Like something else that was forgotten but resurfaces!
I love the mod, like the idea. And I really want to play it..
But it is on the Generals Engine... that game runs slow when I get like 4 units on the screen... and you said the models had higher polycounts than Generals did..
When he said "can't see a pattern" he didn't mean see objects in texture over and over again, he meant that you can see a line between each tile when they are put next to each other.
For example, if one side of a texture was black, and it faded to white by the time it reached the other side... when the texture is tiled it will very easy to spot where each tile begins and ends. Those spots are shown by a single line dividing each texture. This line is called a "seam"
===
This is an example of a texture "Seam":
___Seam
___Seam
You see where each textures starts/finishes.
Here is an example of a "seamless" texture:
You can't see where they start or end.
Edit: (Normally you wouldn't, but the forum put spaces between the pictures )
