Well i dont see it as Hourglass myself, yeh the layout is sorta similar but thats like saying every car is a BMW cause it has 4 doors and wheels.

Well could drop a bunch of tanks and a few suits/uniforms down so if your team run over them they change to x char. Althought not really sure how this would fit into normal play. Could make an interesting fun server or something though.

Can you post the launcher log please? ( Start-> Run -> %appdata% for renx launcher logs?) Also have you checked this post? Dont forget to update the bat file link if you do option 3.

Another guy fixed his launcher crashing issue by downloading the launcher directly with no installer and put it in a new folder. he used C:\RenX Here is the link to the already installed launcher. Or let the servers link their own discord servers and have a link to the offical renx discord? Could embed a web browser to keep it within the launcher if thats what people want. The launcher dedicated lobbies always feel lame.

Did you try installing it to another location & checked the permissions?

Oh right if the launcher crashes it wont download the game. Doh. Did you check the file permissions? Also try installing the game to a new folder. Maybe C:\Renx

Try running it as an administrator? I Wonder if its a permission issue of some sort. Maybe set the folder/file permissions on the renx launcher folder to everyone full control? Also you tried to launch the game directly with the UDK.exe? Look in the Binaries folder. It has a built in server selector so if that works, that could be a workaround till you can fix it.

FYI: There was no hate between TmX/EKT We shared our own IRC server and Skeeze old owner of TmX is pretty much an Ad-hoc admin on FPI with access to our dedibox. So not sure why people think that & we have TmX Ryz as staff. EKT used to stick to marathon and TmX was AOW.

I feel the days of clans and clanwars are gone for Renx. Maybe ill get proven wrong but for me im not really interested in clan related stuff and seems alot of people feel the same.

Well seems how its going with lots of stuff lately. We know what you want and we will think for you. Now open your wallets and buy our stuff. Few weeks later: Why arent they buying our stuff? Must be the dedicated fans causing us trouble again, BRING OUT THE DOGS! HUNT THEM DOWN!

I for one would love some extra tanks. Maybe a dedicated anti air tank for each side? Similar to the turrets on whiteout i guess? For maps with no air vechs maybe a suicide emp tank for nod and a repair tank for gdi (Both tanks would be weaker in armour than the mrls/arty and on the smaller size maybe slightly smaller than a buggy?) They could be unlocked after a certain amount of time on a map. Give players something to look foward to. Although i wouldnt be in favour of any tank that isnt lore friendly.
