  2. Problem solved. UDK September 2011 seems to have fixed the issue as it works without crashing.
  3. Hey guys! I've been having this very confusing issue with the UDK since the May update, I think it was, every version after that instantly crashes as soon as I try and run "UDK Game". It gives me this error message, and excuse me beforehand, but my Windows is in Swedish.   4. Looks pretty alright. But what would have been even more cool is if it was originated from Tiberium Essence's version of C&C3, in my words the only playable version of the game.
  5. I am not sure what you are talking about now. We do not even know yet what the mini-campaign will be like.
  6. Oh and for you guys who are rather impatient, listen to what Fobby quoted. They are taking their time, polishing it up so that it will be nice and clean. Just the same thing as Blizzard did with Starcraft II, unlike what EA did with C&C RA3 as an example. Compare those and then decide whats better, faster but more glitchy and buggy releases, or more slower but polished and clean ones.

  8. Oh I sure would love to have one as well. Wouldnt it, you know, per any chance be possible to make a deal with EA about it? You know, they have a share of the price? I mean, it wouldnt probably be that many sales, but still.

  10. Sad thing is really, that C&C3's classical unit design really is horrible... Shame that Tiberium Essence isnt the official one.

Isn't that the Nod laser rifle made by someone on the team here? Do they have persmission to use it on that website? Just thought I should give a heads up.

  16. As someone on here once said: There isnt anything preventing you from modding a mod, which has since turned into an indie.
  17. Indeed. Very interesting! Most C&C mods, atleast the FPS ones, they get stuck in dev for literarly ages. This one is the one actualy making noticable progress! May I ask, what kind of positions do you need for an Unreal Engine project then? It seems to be different depenind on what engine you work with.

  19. Most of you have probably heard of it already, but it's the best mod out there for C&C3 by far. It's, what I call, a "make sense" mod for the game, fixing most units and strucutres to actualy make more sense, both realisticly and canon-wise. After playing this, atleast I cant touch the "normal" C&C 3 since it's so badly designed. A really must-try mod for every C&C3 player!   20. If you liked C&C3 as it is normally; Then you should try Tiberium Essence. After playing that, I cant touch the "normal" game anymore. It's just too badly designed.
  21. Ah I see. Well then, there is only one thing to say about it: The story is coverd in clouds after TibSun/Firestorm. We all here should know the storyline goes as Red Alert - TibDawn - TibSun - Firestorm. Im fully ready to accept Red Alert 2/YR, just as an alternatve universe without any connection to the Tiberium universe. And dont get me wrong, C&C 3 have a great engine (Except from the way it handles tiberium..), and it gives great gameplay. But the story and design was "quite" off, I mean really. And thanks for the reply!
