  2. In all honesty loading tips would be a massive improvement over the tutorial that is in-game currently (which doesn't exist). If a tutorial is never going to come out though, loading tips would be an excellent idea. Write like 300+ tips that go into one specific detail of the game or its engine that are only learned through having experience. Like mining tips, sniping tips, infiltration tips, and so on. A youtuber I'm subscribed has addressed this exact topic in one of his videos. He explains how TF2 has no useful tutorial whatsoever except for its loading tips. I implore you all to watch it as much of RenX can easily be applied to it. While loading tips are not a replacement for a proper thought out tutorial, they are a great help to anyone who does not have the time to sit down and watch a 4 hour video of the deeper complexities of RenX and the UE3. Hell, I'd write 100 useful tips for free if it were to be implemented in-game.

  4. You think it's possible after Firestorm that EA might want to expand you guys? I mean logistically speaking, after Firestorm releases I, and I'm sure you guys do too, will expect a massive increase in players. But over time it will fade away into obscurity from the mass audiences. Obviously there will still be the fairly large core audience but it would be cool to see this game grow to new heights. So would you ever consider marketing ability from EA even if there were some downsides, like developer interference or game purchasing?

  10. Agreed. I sometimes wonder if I have had a stroke or something because buildings just sometimes vanish during matches and I don't notice it until like 15 minutes later. Maybe all of that rum and cans of fruit flavored drink chasers have finally caught up with me.

  15. Yea the ground in that area is amazingly glitchy. If you know where to do it you can send vehicles through solid rock and straight into t̷̬̮̝̜͒̽͒͒͘̚͠h̸̗̊̈̈́ę̸̬̱͚̅̃̇̄ ̵̗̭̳̈́v̸̼͛̀͐o̴̩͇͍̊̽̅̍i̶̮̅͌͒̈ḑ̸̜͕͂. You can also launch mammoths into orbit with a bit of fidgeting. Don't ever change SnowX's glitchyness. It is literally the only way the map is fun. Otherwise I'd have to actually play.

  21. I'm willing to bet that this problem is related to player experience and the sheer amount of times that we've all played the same maps. Player counts are honing in on what they used to be before the Firestorm trailer. As that happens we are getting closer to having the majority of players that are part of the core group of renx that always stick around. We're all fairly experienced with this game and know the odds and ends of gameplay. Nod's cheeky stealth tactics don't tend to work well when plenty of GDI players know the best Nod strategies/hiding spots/sneak paths for sbh and stanks. As for maps, I'm sure a lot of people have island/field/walls/under counts in triple digits for times played. A good example would be how everyone who plays Islands knows which building to check first if GDI's mine count drops. This and tons of other examples across all the maps we've played countless times turns Nod's sneak tactics more into a strategy that is highly luck based, even if teamwork is being utilized well. So these days Nod is having to go more head-to-head against GDI, and well... good luck with that. Got 2 solutions. One is to just wait for Firestorm to come out. That will bring in legions of new players and re-invent the meta along with adding new maps. The other solution which I am in favor of and believe to be the best idea is to r̵e̷q̶u̶i̵r̸e̷ ̴a̴ ̶b̵l̷o̸o̵d̵ ̵a̷l̸c̷o̵h̸o̵l̶ ̷l̶e̵v̸e̷l̵ ̷o̸f̶ ̵a̷t̶ ̵l̴e̶a̷s̷t̵ ̵0̶.̶1̵0̸ ̷i̷n̶ ̵o̸r̵d̷e̵r̷ ̴t̷o̶ ̸p̶l̴a̴y̷ for players with hours greater than 100. That would make balance much more fair.
