I've played the beta patch 2.0, and it seems to have better performance.

Well, using a code you found on the internet is called piracy. EA probably won't give you an new code either. Your best bet would just be to buy another copy of the game. You can find some on ebay, or you can buy the first decade, which isn't all that much.
