  1. Ermm there is also a proxy mine limit. Be aware of this.
  2. LOL so you think just putting more players on the map will help? Good intentions start with ourselves. I regularly mine up the base.
  3. Use q to spot. When used on buildings u can spam radii commands with it.
  4. You cannot blame the game for that of course. Maybe Gdi requires a tadbit more teamwork on some maps. Personally I think Gdi's soldier should have kept the bigger damage it had on Ren. It gave Gdi the edge at the start.
  5. Depekds on the number of players. I usually play in games for max 32 and usually around 20 players.
  6. Hmm suiciding could reset the loudness! Also it would only ever happen in one out of ten boinks to keep it special of course. I think this should be a priority.

As a great fan of the boink we all loveand cherish I think you guys should make a tribute to the boink and make it mor intense, more loud, longer lasting... in short make it more BOINK than ever before. This super boink could be added on every tenth kill in a game for example. It could become louder and more intense when u hit 20, 30, 40, ... kills. All hail the BOINK!
  8. For walls flying usually GDI should try to keep the field occupied with armour or airborn and push. Sbh are useless units most of the time so you will have better numbers. For defense, if one person mines up and stays back with a humvee, he can check most common nuke spots all game long. Sbh will think twice if everything is mined up and a person is patrolling. Put extra mines on the warf slope.

    Well, this is what made me come to this conclusion, as well as your quest for a lower TTK. I remember what it was to join as a new player in some of the BF maps. You run for 3 minutes to find some action, someone with an unlocked 100 % better weapon kills you in half a second and then you respawn and start over. In Renegade you spawn, you take about 15 seconds to get to the action and the TTK is at least long enough to have a clue of who killed you (most of the times).

  12. We have had this discussion for a long time in Renegade. Everything that makes defending easier is a no go for me. Attacking is hard enough as it is. Sneaking must be encouraged.

I think it should appeal to players who like "classic" settings and slightly lower player counts (32p max).   18. The patch system works. And I am afraid this full beta test will indeed be just that, a beta. But a playable one.
  19. If rhe vehicle limit is 20 and everyone takes a tank and hides it behind a building then u can have a mass rush within a limited amount of time.
  20. Massing is totally unrelated to the game mode. It is related to the amount of players and those buggy wrecks.

  22. I agree with most here. While have some kind of cosmrtic upgrades could be nice, any kind of advantage over newer players is a no go for me. Evektually, you already have a huge advantage when u know the game and some of its strategies opposed to being new at it.
  23. From my small experience in marathon a lot of maps also ended by one side getting bored. The reason a rush succeeded was not always because of great teamwork from one side but also from a lack of concentration due to boredom on the other side. But as I said my experience was limited as I clearly usually played games with a time limit.
