hello guys i do not know how to open folder editor can you help?

Download the SDK first:

 

Then create a shortcut of the UDK.exe on your desktop or whatever (32-bit or 64-bit) and go to the shortcut properties. In the target box type at the end "editor" and save it.

 

Now you're good to go

The editor also comes with batch files that will start whatever you want, StartEditor, CookPackages, etc
