Tiberium Frag Grenade?
-
There's other variables you need to consider as well. For example, Nod can sneak to the WF without being detected by the AGT, and the barracks is much more exposed to infantry rushes than the airstrip.
-
I'll host the PUG this week. Same times as per usual.

yes

It was like around 5.004, where a recruit hotwire/tech could just barely kill a building with all their c4s. If you remember, you could save a building by repairing it even the slightest, and it'll survive with like, 0 or 1 HP. Remotes got buffed because it was an annoying tactic to save buildings like that. Then veterancy got introduced, which buffs C4 damage overtime as you gain ranks.

Sloped surfaces are great for lock-on, like looking up on the whiteout hill when inside your base, looking at the Nod inf path from the silo on Xmountain, or the Nod main vehicle entrance on Field. Even though it was kinda strong even against flak infantry, removing the lock-on i feel would make it too easy to dodge. Instead I feel more effort should be made by the MRLS to get that lock-on, something like the rocket soldier treatment back in 5.0. Also I feel the 500 sniper and ramjet tracer rounds should be a little more visible again like in beta 3-.
-
+Locking weapons no longer consider infantry Does this include MRLS and stanks? If so maybe not remove it completely, but increase the lock-on tolerance, otherwise they'd be shutdown pretty easily

You need to know what exact Intel HD graphics you have, and install the driver for that video card by selecting the respective device. Example, I have an Intel HD Graphics 4400, so I click on Intel HD Graphics 4400 under Device Description. I now see Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400 Drivers Download, and now I scroll down to see the old drivers. In my case I picked the last one, the one released January 5th, driver version 10.18.14.4080. Download whichever old driver you want for your respective video card, and then it should be straight forward from there, something similar to a typical installer. I think it'll warn you somewhere that you're going to replace a new driver with an old one , but that's what we want so just hit OK on everything
-
Next week the pugs will be canceled for holidays. Also want to apologize for the teams, I underestimated some players and matched them up with others that aren't on the same level.
-
You need to install an old driver, because there's an issue with the newer ones that causes this game to crash as well as TW and maybe RA3. I downloaded a driver from January last year, and it fixed the issues: http://www.driverscape.com/manufacturers/intel/video-cards/page3

Doesn't mean we have to be on different teams, but after today it proves that us being on the same team being "overpowered" is just all in your head and makes no real significance towards the outcome if the other players are evenly distributed.
-
Are you using an intel HD graphics card?
-
Talked to bibi, we're okay with being on different teams from now on. Next pug, we'll drag someone down to the captain room to pick a number between 1-10 to determine who gets the first pick, as it was some weeks ago.
-
I was just about to something like this today. I'll allow the other commander to have 2-3 picks in a row depending on who joins, and we'll go from there.

Gliven was an SBH and he alone gave poi and boi some trouble on whiteout. APCs and Apaches with advanced infantry would have easily taken the hill, but instead Nod insisted on rushing without having hill control which costed them the game. On mountain the defenders must mine the bunker if you know the enemy team has dedicated snipers, and not a single one was placed there. GDI has approximately 6 free mines on that map. Again your team had the snipers you needed and they got the kills necessary, but the failure to retake the field is what made GDI lose the game.
-
They are already in the base game, you find them in crates. On the map Fort, TS vehicles are purchasable.
-
Next time the players will be chosen by people who know everybody's skill level, and not the volunteered commanders.
-
Real reason why GDI lost Mountain: "Rushes make you lose more than you win" -Yosh

Yep, a server fills up around 6-11pm GMT

infantry with flak armor take additional bullet damage

I won't be going to tomorrow's pug, and I probably won't attend next week either, got finals coming up. If no mod and/or enough players show up for tomorrow, the Sunday pug will be canceled.

Q-spot harvester->Defend the harvester/Attack the harvester Radio Q-spot vehicle->Destroy that vehicle! (vehicle type(s)) Q-spot empty vehicle bound to you->I need repairs Q-spot empty vehicle not bound to you->Get in the vehicle ^preferable if these are spammable Remove spotting friendly mines on structures
-
Not going argue about how bad or good it is, the fact that it adds another layer of defense to get inside a base is a big no. Devs are unmotivated right now, and adding something like laser walls or glow mines has a possibility of fracturing the community even further.
-
Probably the best and easiest way to alleviate the issues is to simply allow all players to disarm mines with the alt-fire, and add a notification if your mines are being disarmed by a teammate, including their name. There's already a mine ban option to prevent certain players from hampering or something along that line, and most people have good intentions for the team.
