Ya I have been posting to do that all over the place when I seen someone saying they had nividia.

I know you should be able to go into the Nividia control panel and force the game to run on your video card and get better fps. I think the game wants to use the gpu that is integrated with the processor over the video card.I had that issue and now I'm running the game on ultra with about 60 fps and I'm using a nividia gtx 680m. This may work for the others only way to know is for them to test it.

I'm don't know much about AMD but is there any setting where you can pick to run games on your video card or chipset? Only asking because I use Nividia and I was having issues with low fps till I forced the game to use my video card.

You should be able to get better then low setting, if you go into the nividia control panel and force the game to run off the your Nividia card because it seem to prefer the one in the chipset.

Before you go buying anything go into your Nividia control panel and force it to run of your GPU and not your chipset. I had issues with running the game on low setting till I force it run of the card. So it may help if your not running it on the video card.

Its up to the server owners if it is allowed or not. If they make it a rule you don't have to play on that server but that is your choice. I also believe it can be counted as a exploit because it's abusing the friend fire function. Your vehicle takes no damage from the explosion but theirs does.

I'm not sure if it was said in the post but place mines on the doors and ramps to the roofs. (3 mines usually works on the doors and ramp for servers with the mine limit set to 30. Also the only buildings you really have to worry about mining the ramps for is the War factory and power plant, on nod I suggest just mining the ramps on the hand of nod since they can be used to get inside.)

Just keep in mind there is a mine limit and chances are you just left your buildings open for someone to just walk into.

yea if i see proxy mines on your tank I'm just going to go blow up your buildings.

When engineers are disarming a beacon. If your a infantry unit or tank don't just stare at them. Watch for attackers that might try to defend the beacon.

... At least the bots know to cover the engineer instead of watching him disarm the beacon...

7 APC's vs. how many mediums, mammoths and light? Was it all 7 APC's vs them as a group or was the tanks spread apart? So that the APC's could pick them off one at a time. Your calling them overpowered but your not giving any details to explain why or what happend. If its 7 APC's vs. 3 or 4 tank maybe. 7 Apc's vs 7 tanks and winning then yes they would be overpowered and something needs to be done.

I agree with this tanks should not be able to drive over each other. It makes it almost impossible to block a tank trying to escape from a fight or rushing the base.

There is a icon but it appears near the players name. And it can be hard to see at a distances. I also believe that the only thing that is map-wide is the chat alert but the voice is local to a small area around the person.

Closed beta is invite only, Open beta anyone can join. And yes Yes Titanfall could make changes to the game in 1 month if anything game breaking was found.

To be honest there is no being polite and suggestion that maybe he could upgrade his components, he said he is on a laptop and unless he spent the money on a high end laptop. He isn't going to be able to upgrade anything on it. All we can do is offer him suggestion, the devs are the only ones that can give him a response on if that is something they can add.

You could always get a desktop. I'm not sure too many laptops have the specs to run this game that well. Unless you got a laptop that you put some money into.

If your having to dance then you are sniping wrong. Try standing at a distance from the person your trying to snipe.

I feel the game lacks strategy till you get to the 64 or 128 player counts. I also think the maps feel smaller because ren-x has a faster infantry speed and sprinting. I remember in the old renegade they would have Humvee transports covered with remote mines so that people could go back to base and refill ammo when they needed. (covered with remote mines so as soon as a stealth black hand tried to steal it they would get blown up)

Agree its the teams fault. They are the ones not defending their base on a map without base defense in a game where the goal is to kill the enemy base while protecting your own. That isn't true I been in a lot of matches where GDI won with no base defense, because the team worked together and actually had a group of people setup to defend the base. You get a static apc and 2 or 3 engineers/hotwires most Stealth Black Hand get nervous about setting the beacon they cant defend even more so, if you have the buildings mined so they cant get inside or on the roof out of range of the apc.

I use the launcher and still get the steam overlay.

I don't think people know that tib weapons ignores the armor and just does health damage. Not sure about the flamethrower.

First yes there is a fps command, hit tilde and type stat fps, for fps and stat net for latency between you and the server. As for airstrikes there is a laser going from the person to the spot they are aiming. I think its green for gdi, red for nod. And I believe they are working on adding the in match options its just release it might take some time.
