My fr and uk mirrors are limited to 100Mbps, so 10MB/s is max you can get at best... which wont be while others are downloading of course.

yes in the past many botnets used IRC for their C&C hub (command and control!) to execute cmds or ddos. Its still used today some, but not like it was.

Get another antivirus, false flagging any irc software is ridiculous.

many well known shit antvirus flag anything IRC related (Thats Internet Relay Chat) its really dumb

The official method is to download the installer from this website and then run the launcher it installs. If you have any issues with slow speed, screenshot the window downloading and give it to us here. I've invested quite a bit of time and money in purchasing additional mirrors so this should not happen.

Well after you download... the only thing there is thats installed is the launcher, so I suppose that part was hopefully apparent. Download a thing, click install, open the thing that got installed? -

All, I am looking into slow mirror downloads, if anyone downloads incredibly slow, please comment with your location and a screenshot of the slow download if possible. I am trying to compile a list of locations we could use more mirrors in and potentially purchase said mirror servers.

Short and Lazy version because you're on xp Try it with firefox, XP does not support the new crypto in the SSL Certificate. Firefox uses its own Store for SSL Certs so it should work still on xp, but IE, Chrome etc, use windows SSL Store.

Yes it is! Thank you very much Ryz. Everyone should thank you for putting up the $$$ to get this going. Hopefully more will chip in to keep it going. It does cost very little, however we have more expensive needs as RenX is not our primary game, and we have many other servers to keep up.
