  2. no idea if this thread makes sense but it could give the team an idea what the fans would love to see ...

    this should not be somethin unrealistic,

    so please stay to the ground :rolleyes:

    i would love to see more comparison footage like the one at the beginning of the last trailer (under),

    and for some reason i am interested in the beacons ... those would be nice to see ...

    bysides the comparsion there should be somethin new too, even if its not so big ...

  3. would not say 90% but complex is a gdi map thats sure ... it is hard to defende the base ... needs teamplay

    on marathon servers it is pretty open ended, but if its about points GDI is in advance cuz many people have SBH and the rest is repairing ...

    if you are under preassure by an massive MRLS attack on the strip you probably should let it die to force the MRLS to move more towards your base, might be risky cuz you need teamplay but that worked serval times ....

    they featured reborn when they relleased they infantery beta ...
    i am pretty sure they will feature renegadex if they can show some live gaming ...

    they also featured unreleased mods when they had 1 or 2 members from the dev team as guests
    who brought at least 1 playable level and some gameplay to show to the viewers

    you probably mean c&c_mesa .... imo its part of the map ... its a nod map anyways so its not so bad to give nod a bit extra work ... wouldnt change it

    i bumped the thread leecherbs did post at giga.de ... kind of german games television ... sooner or later they will show it on air, im pretty sure

    i played like 2000h of renegade ... but i am not sure if i could rebuild a map just from my memorries :rolleyes: :unsure:

    as i told in an other post i just started to use the unrealeditor, and i am far from building a complex map like a rennegade map would be ...

    but i sure would love to play around a bit ;)

    is there a special trick you use to keep everything in the right size, or is it just a matter of routine?

  8. is it possible to somehow convert a renegade map into something that could be read by the unreal editor,

    or do you have to start from scratch if you want to rebuild a renegade map?

    if there is no possibility to import the renegade map somehow, do you remake it just by your knowledge of the map

    (+ screenshots, + videos, ...)

    or do you use something like the renegade editor coordinates to stick with the right proportion ...

    would be nice if someone could tell me more about this work

  9. in quake wars i use the "denglish" taunts ...

    the text is german and the sound is english ...

    the english sound always sounds better ... almost all the time, not always ... maybe :P

  10. there also some of those trees in some custom maps ... gives the map a special, a better, ambience ...
