Did you try maxing out EVERYTHING? Can confirm several people get better FPS on Ultra than on Low

It depends on what we're referring to as 'long'. I'd consider 40 minutes pretty average considering the nature of the game, and things under like 20 minutes are usually less interesting maps that just ended in a rush and wait for surrender. There's like literally no spread on any of the weapons beyond the LCG and the SMG. Autorifle's is only noticeable after like 50m. ^ Third person* More interesting community than most games, especially since it's pretty small. Most games I just feel like I'm slogging around with a bunch of adaptive bots. Also because it feels like it has more substance than most, and can keep my attention. I start falling asleep on RTSs after 20 minutes in one match, so if they're not done by then then I'm probably going to quit on account of boredom. I haven't bought an FPS since Overwatch, and that one I mostly only play because it's with a bunch of people that play RenX. BattleField never held my interest after Bad Company 2, and I only played that because of the group of people I was hanging with. Overall most games just sort of... force themselves to an end with time limits, or hidden time limits (i.e tickets from BF). Playing the same re-skinned games. over and over got very boring, really quickly. And yes I just called COD, Battlefield, P Chea, while I can't for the love of God stand Old Renegade anymore, this is just way more entertaining and at least now has a reason to grind with veterancy (and not the pretty much useless vet system from Old Ren's servers). Way to suddenly sound like a dick in your last sentence. ---------- There's only so much you can do without suddenly turning every game into either a 10 minute rush fest, or go the other route and make it so the game isn't punishing enough for being too defensive, so killing a building feels like little more than a slap on the wrist.

That was me and dien00b. I'm the one who counter-sniped Quincey to be exact, and several engineers because thankfully those die to body shots.. Cannuck was like... a 500 for a little while, but most of us only had snipers to counter your annoying Chinook nonsense.

Disabling Framerate smoothing also works for several people. Also Hardware PhysX gave me a minor boost. And newer maps have a tendency to not really have been run through for optimization as much as they could. If anything will make you lag though, it'd be Effects Quality... as CPU particles are wack, yo. -
That was literally me with a Havoc and my 15% accuracy, and Cannuck just playing spotter/finisher with Patch. It's not my fault that literally none of your Artillery turned around and vaporized 2 Kevlar infantry standing right on your sides. Also, are we ever going to bring up the fact that Thommy's team choices in general should probably be questioned? Issues are present when Ryz is your first choice when Cannuck/dien00b and a host of other good/responsive players are on the list that aren't guaranteed to trash your morale at one point or another. I really don't think the Saturday PUG FELT that imbalanced at all though. I feel like people just wanted to point out a few players, even though during BOTH games there was no steamroll, and FOR THE LOVE OF GOD NOTHING EVEN DIED ON WALLS.

WE were pinned in our base for the entire first half of that fight. You just lost field control to excessive med spam and flanking.

DieN00b and Cannuck literally sniped for a grand total of like 5-10 minutes between both games yesterday... You didn't lose to snipers... you lost to a Sydney rush, and being total base camping whores on Walls. Also, wasting 3 people on a Chinook in a PUG, then not even actually taking the plateau is a bad move in and of itself.

Basically what RypeL said. We're working with the very same engine that produced the MAKO from Mass Effect 1... And they had a full licence to at least try and curb some of the oddities in the baseline vehicle physics. If you don't know what the MAKO is, look it up and you'll understand why it is one of the most hated vehicles ever in a video game. -
Canyon was a draw. 2 devs have spoken, and the Renegods [Even those tyrannical crate gods] are in agreement.

Elite Patch's 'problem' is actually lessened by making him hit-scan.. His range is actually decreased, as opposed to being hit-scan for about 2000 meters. And it's more optimized from an engine standpoint as there's no projectile physics involved.

When your argument falls to the 'wording' of the wiki... you start to lose immediately. LCG still has higher DPS, and best suitability vs. tanks [It takes 8 straight hits from a med to kill an LCG... which is almost as much as it is to kill an Arty] . LCGs also delete infantry and can be used as rush units since they literally walk through mines and don't even lose their full armour value when doing so. If you lose to a Patch as a 'doza.... there's something wrong with you. Both of your weapons have a disadvantage to eachother's armour type... but one of you is ALWAYS hit-scan.. and one of you has a ridiculous ROF and headshot multiplier.

If you downloaded it via the in-game downloader then it didn't replace anything... you should be fine.

@Fffreak9999 @ShrewdTactician @Cronus I think Cronus is the only one who did it right. And after trying to join MPF... I'd say this actually doesn't work, funnily enough. So much for that experiment.

Forget it, and undo it. Swapping out Rx_Game with the in_Game downloader is apparently not a thing for the UDK. Just boots back to the main menu @Fffreak9999 @Cronus @iTweek. @ShrewdTactician and the rest

Don't type too fast. Your arthritis might start acting up old man. Also.. Nod only has 2 infantry unit slower [and I'm being generous by saying Patch is faster than an SBH by like... a tick] than GDI and .... and more that are faster. The Officer.. the Rocket soldier, the Flamethrower AND DOZA are all faster than their GDI counterparts... GG no RE And if anyone else had started this topic I might be able to take it forsrs.

Dude....................................... we should all play CnC 4 as a PUG.. The game may have been shit as a CnC title.... but it was actually pretty fun as far as a 5v5 'RTS' was considered.

Fixed- Also your actual unit isn't invisible... the camera just isn't connected to it... I killed the Refinery while on the ground, but the camera was literally 500ft in the air.. Kinda' cool.
