Have we considered using a basic set of maps that can be the "next map", with the option that players could vote  non of the above? - which would lead to a bigger list of  "next" maps - which we then choose from?

i.e.    At the end of the match, we either vote to go directly to the next one in line or we vote to look at more options.

I think it is great that the game gives us so much control over what is next, but perhaps we have toooo much.   Heck, we can always change the map anyway.

There is a server-side option to use a forced rotation, where voting is disabled and it just goes from map to map. Besides that, there is no other map-choosing method.

I guess since it is not being used that it was unpopular?      too bad ........ 

I would like to see a basic set of maps as standard issue, with a wider diversity of option available upon vote.
