there's all the console commands. some of them are not correctly named, watch for misspellings and unneeded spaces and you can fix the commands

open console with ~ key and copy and paste these commands:

summon RenX_Game.Rx_Vehicle_Orca

summon RenX_Game.Rx_Vehicle_Apache

can anyone tell me what the update for Tiberian Sun is all about?

eg there are downloads like the GUNBOAT, can someone explain to me how it works?

The gunboat is its own work, adapted from a gunboat model already in the SDK that some people have used in their maps. There is no relation between the gunboat and anything to do with Tiberian Sun. To use it (or other custom vehicles), you will need to download them and put any *.upk files and *.u files in UDKGame\CookedPC in your Renegade X install. The download page should have the name to use when spawning it as Tytonium instructed. For example, the gunboat from the following link would be

summon bigpack.rx_vehicle_gunboatdrivable2

in the console.

If you're talking about TS venicles in-game, then they are just rare crate venicles. They use models from TS Reborn( a mod for OG Ren), they are stronger than their TD counterparts and can be found sometimes outside of crates on maps like Crash Site(Abandoned WF Tech Building) or Hourglass(reinforcements that arrive at 30 min mark).
