Honestly, it is based on your computer specs.

The higher you can push your computer while getting a stable (aprox) 60 frames per second while recording should be good.

Normally a good standard to aim for is 60 FPS at 1080p

Otherwise stick to 60 FPS at 720p + if possible.

I've set all my settings to maximum, because my pc can handle it easily

K ,when I watch my walls video compare to thommy's ...😧mine is so ugly.Few weeks ago I changed my monitor for a bigger one but has 60hz instead of my previous smaller one which had 120 hz 3D capable...Dont know if it does has an effect on my videos (?)
