ini4ixo
Recently i got a ASUS G750JZ. All Games are running good in max details and resolution. But Renegade X doesnt run well at all. So what are the Recommended Settings here. Specs: Intel® Core™ i7-4700HQ NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX880M 4 GB GDDR5 VRAM 8GB RAM W7 7 64bit 2x 128gb ssd Edited November 10, 2014 by Guest
vlatkozelka
are you sure you're running the game on the Nvidia gpu not the igp ? Nvidia equiped laptops have optimus tech wich means u have to choose : either right click udk.exe - > choose graphics adapter - > high performance nvidia processor ; or right enter nvidia control panel (right click on desktop) - > manage 3d settings -> select the game - > and select the nvidia gpu right below . I have GTX750Ti and run it on ultra np , lowest fps is 40 ... ur 880M-- even if laptop gpu the 880M is much better than mine as ive read-- should run the game no sweat. Totem Arts Staff Handepsilon Posted November 9, 2014 Totem Arts Staff Share Posted November 9, 2014 You didn't run anything else right? If you do, that might be your problem
ini4ixo
@vlatkozelka Thank you 1000 Times ! Didnt know something like this existed Now i think some other older games will run better with this setting, too
Soldieroffate
Be sure to select the High Performance NVIDIA Processor from the Manage 3D settings. My Asus X550L runs like a charm on it, though it does have some hiccups every now and then.
