Here is also a concept art of one being built at the Weapons Factory during multiplayer mode. It might be imbalanced, just an idea though. The Manta Ray would be a flying type 'vehicle' built at the Airstrip that costs 1500 credits. Once built you and your teammates have a short moment to board the manta ray which holds about 4-5 infantry units. Shortly after, it slowly begins a randomly designated course to the GDI base which you have no control of. It is basically a giant flying floating platform that is as strong as a tank. Once, and if it makes it to their base, it will try to land on a Weapons Factory or Barracks and just float like a blob, from which you can finally jump off it safely.
