  1. Thx for the input but I was hoping for a solution, as it will be very annoying when i need to make changes You cant have everything... I'll probably get the Doctor to build lighting, but thx P.S. Better to Crash on Build Lighting than Testing Map

Well, after playing the majority of DLC 4 in Black Ops 3 I was able to continue with the map - Build Lightning However, the SDK has another idea...Lets Crash It crashes whenever I build lightning, goes for around 1.50mins before crashing - Only way to close it is CtrAltDel Tried on Stronghold - Which only has building light, and what do you know...It Crashes after 490 miniseconds Both Times - Building Static Lighting Seriously, Why me?
  3. Well, Thx for the New SDK, No problems Yet - Hope this continues : ) Well Hourglass... Fixed all the errors/bugs that I noticed and noted The Hovercraft sound seems fine - Will have to test Online Left to do... Build All Lighting Minimap - Yagi said he was going to create a minimap for Hourglass - then his SDK stopped working - However I've noticed that my Minimap has come out Alright - but the minimap is a bit dark like the map... Here's a sneak peak at the soon to be released map

Yeah thats right j0g32 1) I created the Ceiling Turret Script via help with Hands 2) Found a way to fix the problem without adding the Translation Thing 3) Doctor Anubis added a different version of Ceiling Turrets - Originally used my Script, but tried creating his version via Kismet in the end (think he may be using mine eventually) 4) Cant change the damage which is annoying but I can change the health 5) Still working with New SDK (the old built version is) havent rebuilt the script (had bad shit happen before) 6) Hourglass has 2 for each team - Nod have an advantage over GDI but at the same time its a disadvantage P.S. Stronghold may contain CT's as extra defence - its been designed on paper Thx for showing everyone that I spelt Ceiling turret wrong : )
  5. lol thommy that's what i said ' Whiteout is really an Advanced Horologe and a minor Hourglass' I wasn't planning on doing Horologe, I was just saying that I could have ripped the sides of, and made it day - if wanted and saves time Well, there's no hope in that, has the Longest Delays (Months on End) creating so much Hype (I wish ) the first map to introduce Celling Turrets, then Doctor Anubis does it in Paradise (not using my script though - decided not too) has a few Easter Eggs, Special events, Very Unique I must say...with scrin the original owners... Hourglass is Cursed (thx Kenz) - Broken SDK, can't even work on Stronghold

Dude, don't rule out my Hourglass Matey : ) + When Hourglass is finally perfected.............could have ripped the sides of and base defences + Whiteout is really an Advanced Horologe and a minor Hourglass (Sides but no Defences) Looks Decent but will be very similar to others, not sure how this will plan out
  7. Yeah , that's a similar outcome to my celling turrets on hourglass (appear as cts though), worked fine in skirmish, but when online the cts were completely screwed up - wasn't in the correct position, didn't shot probably : (
  8. Well, Due to the SDK always crashing when Trying to Test the Map and No Fixes have been found YET, I've spent time gaming instead. However I started playing a new game Orion Prelude - and guess what, they use UT3, so I decided to make a map on their UDK engine Its called Wolf-Harvest (Currently) and is nearly complete shockingly - Just have bot pathing to do : ) Best Bit is...Had no Problems what so ever with their UDK version P.S. Hourglass = Need to make sure the sounds are working (when me and Yagi played it - some were fucked) The Minimap, and of cause the Air lift keeps fucking up now - but I know what to do, but I cant test it : ( Stronghold = Need to test the bases and infantry paths before continuing with the other areas
  9. Well, I've Just Reinstalled the SDK to two new locations and it still crashes I noticed something... If you start a new map you can Play from Here and If you start a new map and change settings to Rx_Game, it crashes as soon as you play I noticed that too. I think it is something that is custom scripted. I wanted to add the Quad Cannon in XMeteor but wasn't scripted. I scripted it and compiled it succesfull. Then I added it into the map and 'Play from here' kept crashing. When I removed it everything worked fine. It could be something Custom Scripted (Ceiling Turret or something else Thx Thommy, Probably is the custom scripted Ceiling Turret...Will get back to you with the outcome asap How many more Problems is the Ceiling Turret Gonna Generate? EDIT: Didnt affect the SDK in anyway, also tried removing other custom scripts, e.g. RepairPad, that didnt work either

Well, I can host a server successfully - shows up in both browsers but no one can join...nor can I I followed this guide viewtopic.php?f=119&t=71916 Also got some input from YagiHige-Sama, he tried hosting the server and it worked Not sure what the problem is, Yagi came up with Firewall, but with no reasons why Any Help will be grateful, thx

  13. I have no clue, I have never seen such a file / script myself What about the Repair Facility or Disable Base Defence Scripts? Well all the other scripts I see are the .u ones within RenX, as you need it for Paradise, Hourglass and maybe just maybe, stronghold as well - Ceiling Turret Addiction : )
  14. Hey, I don't know who made that either, but 1. when it's inside the SDK you can use it I suppose. I think you'd be best off by spawning it using a vehicle factory in kismet and assigning a teamnumber to the turret that way. 2. Make a complete version of the map, build lights, paths, geometry, everything. Then save your files, create the .ini file for mine and vehicle limits, upload it to somewhere and place a request in the map release topic including the link! 3. Well I have 6 Sams Sites, an Obilisk, 4 Turrets and Something else in mind for defence, only downside - Obi struggles when shooting down, gotta be close Same thing for GDI, yet the AGT is much better compared to obi Flying was just an Idea - However when there is a flying map, people spam them... Ill do a video of the whole map for you at some point - Still have classic C&C Renegade - Best server shut down though a year or two back after all the other main ones went Plus I don't remember Glacier or Glacier_Flying as an option, It was always Glacier Flying

Little Key of the map : ) Black Area = Infantry path over the little erosion some trees (maybe burnt out from war), with silo and crashed bus (go inside for extra cover, hanging over the edge, on the smaller plot by GDI) Yellow Area = Tank Battles - Main Path Green Area = Tiberium Cave - was gonna be a mountain of sort over the top, with some parts fallen in for the blue area - Not sure how I'm going to do this at the moment Blue Area = Mountain has eroded from war/weather, as a result the two teams are building a new wall - Some parts are solid, yet the gap in the mountain is still setting - had to build the outer parts first, so the brick work lines up - for this reason you can blow part of the wall up, opening an infantry path, however this will allow the other team another way to attack your base, but you gotta blow GDI's and Nod's Wall first - Your Choice - Thinking 1 Time C4 So You have One way In, Front of Base, Good Luck, well fortified Or the eroded mountain - Risky but opens PP for infantry Rushes - BTW the teams built a Turret for safety reasons - Good Luck Not sure whether to make flying or not, either way, the wall will still have AA turrets on top...
  19. Thx, But I can see so many people moaning about this map though - Stalemate, Similar to Hourglass That's why I added a few infantry paths and sniper points - Spice things up : )

Well, I've decided to share a few images from Stronghold...I've spent most of the time landscaping, getting used to it, and applying my design, the basics are done + the bases However once Hourglass has been released and finalized (most bugs removed) I will be concentrating on Glacier Flying - The Next Main Map... Already have the Static Mesh of Glacier thx to Henk : D Stronghold - Strong bases that have been fortified to withstand multiple attacks, all for Tiberium Riches : ) The outer parts of the map have been sunk due to the fights between Nod and GDI The Tiberium Grows Tremendously within the cave - No sunlight nor rain allowing for high Tiberium Growths

  22. The lightmass option was already unticked, yet it crashes? I know you can convert terrain to landscape, Look at top comment from this Page, I tried it, Yet everything fucks up - the map was designed for terrain Edit: I decided to tick lightmass instead, and what do you know, Swarm boots up : ) And most Importantly, It Built Lightning Without Crashing, OMG : D 10minutes18seconds P.S. Minimap Left, and Rypel to fix Disable Base Defence script
  23. I think because you have a 'terrain' there instead of a landscape, the lightmass can't boot. I think you have to build with legacy lighting if you're gonna keep using the terrain actor. Try to delete the terrain just for a second and see if the lightmass will build, then you know your answer https://udn.epicgames.com/Three/TerrainHome.html Thx for the Info, I deleted the main terrain and it lasted longer before crashing... I then deleted all 4 pieces of Terrain, and it didnt crash : ) How to build with legacy lighting?
