This doesn't seem to have been asked yet, but what's with the various barrels for the mammy? Trying to decide which you like best? I vote for the two bottom ones in the left column. The original looks too plain (obviously) and the one below it looks okay except for that part near the base of the main barrel, which looks odd. The top one on the right looks like the gun barrel of an old lego set I had. The one below it looks too sci-fi, same as the one below that. Another comment on the bottom right barrel, that lower rod is supposed to be support for the main barrel, but in that one it looks too small. As for the two I voted for, I like the upper one (the on thats used on the drawing of the mammoth) because it looks like an appropriate upgrade from the standard one from Renegade. I like the bottom one, partly because it's sleek, and partly because it's black, which makes it look like the Mammoth sprite from Tiberian Dawn.

I'll personally confirm it. I'll also say: Anyone planning on doing any editing with UT3, GET THE COLLECTORS EDITION! You WANT the videos that come with it! I know screen shots of the new editor looks very similar to the editor for ut2004, but DON'T BE FOOLED, it's almost a completely different beast! Kicks ass though.

Same way you check it in UT2004. Open the console (~), and enter "stat fps".

I don't think I could do well for any of those jobs. However, I would like sign up as a Map Maker, maybe even do some light coding, when UT3 comes out.

No... Assuming he made it with the fewest amount of triangles possible for what we see, and assuming he didn't bother to model the underside, the side that will be on the ground and thus, can't be seen, then there should be 120 triangles. 144 if you do include the underside.

Boy, seems like I've always gots me some questions for you guys. Besides the Recon Bike, will any other TibDawn-non-Renegade units make an appearance in the game, like on custom maps? The SSM launcher for example?

I didn't know that was an option... BTW, when was the last time you guys updated the "Things left to do" and the "FAQ"s lists?

If I have a new computer by then: Play around, with no bots, in the different maps and gametypes, get used to the movement and weapons, and marvel at the beauty of the level designs. If I don't have a new computer by then: Throw myself off a cliff.

Is this one of those metaphorical things? Are you trying to say you learned all by yourself without tutorials?

Texturing is not my fort?.Anyways, there is little to no chance of a direct port to C&C3, we have discussed the possibility of doing a "new" All-Stars mod for C&C3, however, most of the team have expressed interest in doing something new. Of course finishing of the current All-Stars comes first.
