Yep they say it is around 200-300 unique players still, which is quite good.

It should work...Or it must be an internet serial which could be blocked but I am not sure of that. I am aware that servers block public serials, but not sure if you can't access xwis with a public serial.

Awesome! This is just like a waiting line for a rollercoaster.....At the beginning you are enthousiatic, after a couple halve an hour you are getting bored and stuff. Then after 1hour+ you are like wtf this isn't worth it...After 2,5 hours you finally get in the rollercoaster. You enjoy it to the maximum and get out off the rollercoaster with a big smile saying 'totally worth it'.... I feel like waiting for Renegade X takes ages, but after every update, I get my big smile back and start all over again Goodjob on the hard work! The only thing that bothers me now, is that I relealise how much longer you need, but meh, it's a free project so we have to respect that

Well, I do think the team have taken too much time to create it tbh. I know, and respect, that they are a small team, and not on a fulltime job towards this mod, but as for the popularity, it took too long. Also, we hardly hear anything from the big bosses around Renegade X. Of course there are no 'hard' updates, but atleast keep your visitors satisfied by updating things or share facts I don't know. As for the SP, I think it was a good way to let your targetgroup 'feel' the way of the new Renegade X gameplay, but honestly, I think most of us would be more appreciated that all that effort was put into the MP... The thing is, people are used to wait for a game approximately one to two years. Because in this case, it is a mod from sketch, people do respect the time you need and would wait like 3 years, or 4 at max. I know you first created the mod within a respectable time, and from there started to 'rebuild' it. But as for your players, it takes ages since the first announcement, and most of people lost interest... I really HOPE you guys will bring us GOOD news ASAP

Then I checked who posted that and I realized it was me lmao Fun that my mind is still the same about this video as like 2years ago or so Still an Epic Video tbh!

As for the Steam function, it isn't worth the effort. But for the amount of targets you will get, the impact can be huge, since there are a lot of gamers on steam daily. The word can spread very fast on such programs, which is very good for the Renegade community....I really believe you have to catch new group of gamers into this awesome, unique, gameplay, because most of the old Renegade game are too cocky to change from Renegade to Renegade X Just my opinion^

Doubt it. Since the creators aren't giving us any more updates on the game, the most of us can't be asked to play a 'half-done' game.. But you should definitely stay alert for the official release of the game

To give you a little more information: The Singleplayer of this mod is released, and able to downloaded here. You can play this game for free and without UT3. So while you are waiting, you can enjoy yourself with this singleplayer campaign. As for the multiplayer, we are waiting for an official release. It will be free download, just as the singleplayer, on release. So from that moment, UT3 is no more needed to play this game. I expect (and pray) that the game will be released somewhere this year, and I really hope this summer! But there are no official release dates for this yet so yeah, being patient is the only thing we can do atm.... And as nzdriver said, the UT3 mod RenX multiplayer is kinda dead. After like 2 years of playing, people got bored and started to wait for the actual release. Ah well, let's hope it'll be here soon.

Error, you'd be surprised how 'less' UT3 asks from your computer, compared to games that have nearly the same goodlooking graphics... There's also a site where you can check if your computer meets the specs http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/CYRI/download.aspx?name=Unreal-Tournament-III&id=10681 If you have to feel better about yourself, my computer meets the minimum specs, and abit above it, but not half towards the recommanded specs.....But the time I played this game, it played quite well without even turning everything off
