I would say this: are you sure that engine which was last updated in 2015 can support a feature from 2019?

It's mostly voted off because it crashes 32-bit clients, same with Desolation.

2) When you load into any map, various tips appear over loading bar, usually 1 per loading screen(come on, could at least put 5-10 seconds timer). Probably overseen because of how fast PCs are these days

You get stats on leaderboard when you finish multiplayer match with Steam being recognised by game(a.k.a your Steam account's nickname is used instead of what you've put in launcher), you can do it by opening the game when Steam is running in background, on Steam it will say that you're playing "Unreal Development Kit" since game isn't on Steam, but you still run UDK executable.

Also fun fact: before they got charge-up and pierce mechanics, both weapons had 4 ammo per clip, making them identical. Right now Railgun has somewhat higher DPS, if you jump out of cover to shoot as soon as your shot is ready.

One problem tho:
There's "Out of Memory" crash, which only happens on 32-bit client. As for now, Desolation is unplayable on 32-bit and few other maps might crash due to high memory usage. -

Can't do matchmaking when there's only 1 pub server alive every day. People's mentality makes them not join empty servers and just wait until free slot will appear on the only alive server.

I would say this on topic of why Nod loses much more:
1)By design they need brains to use terrain advantage and their units or cooperation to destroy GDI. Good luck getting that in pubs.
2)Way too many situational units:
Chem
WarriorTrooper - requires tight spaces like tunnels to be effective against fast GDI infantry (he's still good as of 5.463).SBH(Stealth Black Hand) - having unique armor that makes him not viable at all against Mobius and having stealth technology, which many people usually use to only hide (I actually really want to know why new players do this so often). Mostly because of that Nod doesn't have good middle advanced anti-infantry unit like GDI has with Patch.
Flame Tank - as was mentioned already, REQUIRES CHOKE POINTS, since its flamethrowers have small cone of fire, which makes it non-viable against infantry much. If I would say anything, this tank is close range Mammoth Tank - can kill tanks fast enough, but he's number one target for everyone.
Stealth Tank - yet again, stealth unit, so it already suffers from "I love to hide forever" new player syndrome. Also requires cooperation to kill anything higher than MRLS alone(but with abusing terrain and his slow spinning animation, you could probably kill Mammoth solo). At least decent AA unit.
LCG(Laser ChainGunner) - definition of a tank on 2 legs, he has insane armor values(250/325/400/475), but also being slowest unit in the game(85 speed). Due to this and his weapon of choice having very limited range, he's mostly good as defensive unit. Carries EMP Grenade, which already screams in teamwork being required, unless targets themselves aren't too bright either.
3)Recent changes to mines, but that hurt both sides I think.
I think that some of Nod units should be made more interesting to play(but then again, how are you gonna make a mantank interesting to play?), give them incentive to get out of stealth more or just limit stealth on SBH, like Infiltrator in Planetside 2(for those who never heard or played it, Infiltrator is class that has limited time for stealth, which regenerates its charge when you don't use it).

Sound bug is 64-bit problem which roots are in engine itself, so it's very hard to fix without source code(which devs don't have).
RenX FS will definitely run on Win7 since it will be an expansion of base game.

!rec and !noob commands do show message and increment/decrement counter, but changed counter doesn't save, so effectively those commands do nothing atm.
Originally they would have show a welcoming message depending on counter, going from basically insulting you to comparing to gods. I still don't get what fun is in being insulted by system itself. -
Since it's hot summer time, we hide under any shadows, so why not hide under trees in forests?

I'll say this: open the game, play for like 5-10min, close it and then search for log file(it's located in Renegade X/UDKGame/Logs) and post it here. It might help devs to find the cause of the problem.

Do you have AMD FX processor? If yes, then the only fix would be changing CPU, UE3/UDK doesn't like this specific family of processors for some reason and devs don't have access to source code to do anything with it.

32-bit version of RenX only uses up to 3 GB of RAM, which is a problem with 32-bit applications/OS, more info can be found here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3_GB_barrier

AM2R was known to public and Nintendo for a long time, but yeah, when Chrono Trigger Resurrection became known, it was shut down immediately.

You can make in-game screenshots by pressing F9, it will save them in UDKGame/Screenshots(note:they use bmp format, so it's better to convert them via Paint first).

Guess you've got "sound bug", it's a normal thing on 64-bit version. To fix it simply restart the game.

Also, GDI equivalent of doza rush by efficiency(not price of troops) is gunner rush. Mobius rush is more of "get def buff and run inside and hope that Nod doesn't know what blocking is".
