Give the Nod Artillery the Grenade Launcher crosshair

This has been bugging me for a while now so I thought it was finally time I made a post about this.

In Renegade X, the Artillery doesn't shoot in a straight line like it did in the original game but, arcs instead.

Personally, I think it would be more practical for the Artillery to use the nade launcher crosshair since that has tic marks for ranged shots.

Could make for a small QoL update
