Bad behavior in-game, including offensive words

Hi,

I don't usually do this, but tonight's game was quite ruined for me (and others too I might add) because of one rogue player who simply couldn't take being voted out commander.

His in-game name is "Brexit". 

It happened on the official server, map "Under".

He commanded GDI, and while most of the game the team managed to keep Nod baselocked, the tide turned later on.

A player with a generic name ("Player####") wanted to impeach him, and the team did.

At that point, all hell broke lose. Mr. Brexit began shouting bad words at the other team members, talking down to them in harsh language which was clearly of no humorous intention. 

For example, to a player who said to him "your command is ineffective" or something like that, he said "you're just a little cunt at the bottom of the scoreboard".

He later boasted for being "literally the top player of the team", to which I pointed out he wasn't - It was actually me (not that I give a damn), and I got there by REPAIRING the tanks at the front, including his, many times.

When I pointed that out, he thought I was bragging I'm better than he (which was of course not what I said), and started saying things such "shut up fishy you useless cunt with crappy k/d, all you did was repairing, nothing useful".

Well. Repairing isn't useful. I see. I want to see ONE PERSON who agrees with that.

If that is not enough - he kept calling people, including me - "autistics". This word is NOT something that should be used as a taunt, same as "gay" and such. Autistic people never choose to be autistic, and it is no laughing matter.

I'm attaching a screenshot as proof.

Those who know me know that I don't usually get into these sort of battles with other players, but this one crossed the line, and simply because he was overly sensitive for being removed from command.

I do not ask to ban the player, but to give him a warning that such behavior is unacceptable, and that next time he should be temporarily banned.

Many people talk dirty during game, but I have NEVER seen something like that, so overly offensive. There's a huge difference between the regular trash-talk and being offensive towards your teammates over a simple matter of commanding in game.

As much as I hate to do this, here we go again.

He played tonight again, under various names, with specific intent to tema-hamper by pushing my tank several times into nod base's obelisk.

he was kicked a few times but always came back, using different names.

One such name, was, of course, "Fishyshoe Autism". Screenshot provided.

I'm very sure it is him, and after trying to be reasonable yesterday, today I have to, regrettably, ask you to ban him permanently. 

Today it's me, tomorrow it's someone else, but everyone is affected. I had to disturb Luhrian's gaming because of this, during which he even accidently kicked another (innocent) player.

This has gone far enough. We don't need people like this in our community.

There is a band of players (YEETs) who consistently use racial slurs, refer to the Holocaust and Jews in a negative manner etc and not once have any of them been muted or banned. I retaliate after being trolled continuously for the best part of a week and slapped with a permanent mute and ban.

I have been getting griefed by Fishyshoe and several other players (using some variation of YEET in their name) for nearly a week now. I ignored it for a few days but it has been becoming progressively worse. Deliberately blocking my tanks/pushing me into enemies. Voting to kick me for being 'AFK' when clearly not AFK (and usually amongst the top players). Voting to remove me as commander for no reason other than to wind me up, when the team has been doing well. They say shit to me all of the time in my pms and in global chat, and then when I say anything back they vote to kick me for being 'toxic', when THEY are instigating. 

I snapped last night and for that I apologise, but these people have been doing this for days on end and I am SICK of it. It has ruined my experience with this game and I'm done.

Bit of a long shot, but if you know the server (which i am assuming is Official) and the exact time/map you played on, then the demo may still be available for that particular game in which the "deliberate" blocking tanks/pushing you into enemies would be visible. 

If in doubt there is always a !modrequest feature within server that will alert any mods (granted it may not be instant reply, as we know everyone has different time-zones but i am sure they will respond asap) if it's went un-answered your next best bet is to go into discord (link above) discord is pretty active. You can also take screenshots which would further help.

But as alternative there is a ignore feature within the game (but you need to do it every map i believe from what i remember) press F5 ignore NAME (i think that's the command) saves a lot of agro

I don't condone any of the above, but it's not my place to say who/what is right/wrong. hopefully this becomes an isolated incident and going forward both can put there differences aside and enjoy the game as many users do. there is always going to be little issues that creep up here and there, but we just have to rise above it, not let it get to us and continue to maul GDI base defences.

Oh, I was there yesterday. This talk is really not about bad words in game. It is about trolls and jokers. "brexit" was finally kicked for "racism" and other things like that, imagine that the jokes it were. He deserve these actions, it is true :( but yeet clan is bad joke too. yeets not treasure for this game and community: sometimes they play bad ways and dividing people, this clan looks like ghetto inside the main server.
I'm not saint man and you can hear bad words from me when I got worst feeling after any matches. But it's not a problem for others. I saw how people bad joking about @roweboat when he was commander.. He is moderator himself, right? He wasn't agressive against them after this, he just play the game. His example is cool one for all of us this time. When players getting a problem for other people - it is so bad sign.

You have quite a nerve to make some very serious accusations against me, so this is my response.

The fact remains that in the map in question, where you commanded, someone decided to vote you out, and you took it really, really bad. Hey - IT'S JUST A GAME!

The next thing you know, you start talking $h!t to everyone, including me. I tried to tell you to calm down. Which brings me to your accusations.

I have NEVER!!!! pushed your tanks into enemy base. That is an outright LIE. In the game yesterday I even repaired you more than I did anyone else (and you were quite thankless, as you already know). As for talking dirty to you, or abusing you, and TROLLING YOU? Exactly what the hell are you talking about? what did I ever say to you? I didn't talk to you directly or indirectly EVER, before yesterday! If you have proof for your accusations - by all means, put them here. And if it is true - I'm more than willing to apologize. But you have no proof, I'm quite sure of it. Why? because I never talk in a toxic way to ANYONE!!!

My "trolling", so to speak, is only by changing my name to some YEET variant (more on that in a bit) and sometimes posting silly surveys or asking silly questions. NOTHING OFFENSIVE, and certainly not against anyone specific!

So stop lying. Fact is, many people here know you, and already have something against you for quite some time - and probably for good reason, unfortunately.

What you did today was extremely childish. You entered the game in full intention of trolling me, and hampering our team. That's very mature of you. If this is your way to solve problems - That's your business, but not the way to solve problems like an adult.

YOU are the one who has been banned and muted before. You should check youself before you criticize others and tell lies about them.

As for the YEET issue.

I do not know any of them personally (actually, I know NO ONE personally in the community), and since I saw this gag of many people calling themselves YEET somehow, I just wanted a piece of the joke. That is all. Have I ever bullied you or anyone? NO. Have I ever deliberately hampered you or anyone? NO, AND YOU KNOW IT. Have THEY ever bullied you or hampered you? I don't know. If they did - that's very regrettable, and if it's true - report them! and if need be - provide proof! Words alone are not enough. Bad words won't get you anywhere. 

Whether they done anything or not - it is NOT my responsibility. I am responsible only for myself.

And I must say that in all the games I've played with them (or against them) - I actually think they play pretty well together, and in an effective way. I never saw them fooling around in a bad taste that hampers their team.

If any one of those players hurt you - deal with them, and don't put me into this.

If it hurts you (or anyone else, @Dagama) so much - I'll stop changing my in-game name to any YEET variant. Not that I owe anything to you, but since you think I'm doing this in order to troll you - I'll prove to you that isn't the case. I thought the entire YEET issue was an innocent joke.

P.S. I hope you'll sometime encounter some autistic people. Real ones. See what they are. Maybe then, you'll stop using that term so lightly and think it's funny. It is not. And I say the same about terms like "gay" or "cancer" etc. These kind of words have no place.
