When I played recently it shows that I have been permanently muted in game since Jun 30 for racism, homophopbia, general toxicity, bigotry (dr manhattan / NLM ), though I have never spoke anything in chat in the past few months, nor have I ever been toxic. User account is [B-7]Turtle. I did a quick search on the forum an this appears to be a false ban according to this topic, which is pretty much the same issue I encountered: Can someone help out?
