You can buy it in Origin with all other C&C games, then slap Tiberian Technologies patch onto it for all extra maps and such and then get Renlist/W3D launcher to see all available servers.

As Gen said above, you can buy the "Command and Conquer: The Ultimate Collection" on Origin, comes with every game (Tiberian Dawn to C&C: 4, remastered not included). Using the "latest patch" a.k.a "Tiberian Technologies" and running the W3D Launcher.

You don't need OldRen to play APB.. it's standalone

As Yosh said APB is standalone and you do not need OldRen to install the mod/game.

Just download their W3D-Hub launcher and install A Path Beyond that way.  oldRen not required.
