lambstone
I'm not getting any sounds/audio in game. How can I fix this?
Sn4ke
@lambstone are you using the 32 or 64bit executable?
JoeBrogan7
This happens to me a lot. Sound will cut out at some point between the match ending and when the new map loads. Using the 64bit exe Edit: and the only way to fix it for me is to restart the game. Edited May 2, 2018 by ps212
HuskerDoggo
Its a known bug with the 64bit version. It shouldnt happen if you use the 32bit one
Guest Gliven
Still happens occasionally with the 32bit, just have to restart the game, and sound will come back.
HuskerDoggo
I get it every single time with 64. With 32 i only lose sound when headphone jack disconnects randonly and switches output, but thats not a ue3 problem

I'll try 32bit again and see if that issue has stopped. Edited May 3, 2018 by ps212

I personally would keep using 64 bit then and restart at every map change, instead of constantly randomly crashing mid-game

Better to restart after every match than to crash in the middle of the game, as you say.

That happens when you turn off your virtual memory (pagefiles) in windows. There is no reason to do that Edited May 4, 2018 by Zaptek

Guzz747
I have installed this recently (both Renegade X and Black Dawn), and both have no sound when playing. How can we get a working file with sound included?

The only issue that currently exists is sometimes the audio will pop-out and leave a static-y sound or changing sound devices will make the sound not come back until restart.
