short cut Steam

since the new update 5.3 i cant connect to the steam with short cut. how can i change this ?

Is that DefaultEngineUDK.ini or UDKEngine.ini?

It was the UDKEngine and changed the DeafultEngineUDK too didn´t noticed there were two engine.ini
Thats the copy of the DefaultEngineUDK

chnaged it and saved it and restarted game but still doesn´t work
