healing teammates on xmountain

I slightly noticed that sometimes i cant heal my teammate but he is right next to me and he is not moving.. at all..

as engineer and SBH(with repair tool) i was in first Person and aimed right on his chest AND he was 1 cm away not moving, my healing beam went through his chest.. often

i tried to heal him in third Person but it was the same :C

anyone else felt that? or is it just me?

No it wasnt lag, i skyped with my friend and he had a great connection

I have noticed this as well, I have also seen it in a video Kenz has posted on youtube. 6 min mark

He was just yelling at the dude for having bad aim, but you can clearly see he is hitting him or even shooting through him, and not healing. I found you have to aim for their gun to actually heal people sometimes.

Yeah it's not just on xmountain. Healing infantry right now is completely hit or miss. I've noticed that aiming for the bottom half of the model helps for whatever reason though

Also happening to me, maybe something went wrong when they changed the hitboxes in one of the last patches?

yeah it is a bug... you usually have to aim at his crotch to heal him... aiming at weapon, back or head does not heal your teammate... very strange bug...
